Well, quite obviously Mllky would like these a-holes out of their property asap. Unfortunately you can't fight fire with fire so to speak. People like this would be down to the local law centre for advice on harassment before you could say "knife", so the only way to do it is legally and properly.0

B&T - when Yorkie asks "what more do you want" AFAIAA it's in reference to the specific OP query that I answered.
Unfortunately, the OP is clearly so stressed that she ignores the guidance which is intended to be useful to her ( or supportive in her phraseology).
We can all see from what she has posted that she seems to have Ts who have behaved in a less than acceptable way ( polite version) and who are shortly about to be evicted.
However, OP is running a rental business and has to understand that unfortunately there may be unexpected costs which land at a LLs feet as part of that.
Not only did the OP seem to expect the police to foot the bill for securing her property, she also seemed to expect them to pay for dealing with the Tenants (edit: personal) possessions after the eviction. I've told her she can set some of these costs down on her tax return and in the other thread the OP has running N79 has explained about how to deal with the Ts possessions and the costs that arise there.
Joining a LL association or LL Law would clearly have helped the OP.0 -
