Hi Brizz. Sounds busy as ever down your neck of the woods. You're putting me to shame! I'm barely managing to get through each day at the moment. I totally agree with a good nights sleep making all the difference. Had my first in ages last night - luxury. MM x

Thanks Ig  how's you?? Will pop over shortly to 'see' you. Thanks everyone for popping by. Am a little worried re Alice...has anyone heard from her? No reply in thread (when I last checked) or to a PM.

Leisurely morning so far. OH in from a very very wet bike ride with mates..drowned rat would be an apt description. I on the other hand have been in the kitchen marinating and now roasting a shoulder of goat. Had been lurking in freezer from last large shop at the butchers. DD2 won't eat lamb...but apparently goat is OK  It smells lush. Indian/Middle Eastern influence so will have with roast carrots and sweet potatoes and then herby couscous. Thank goodness for greengrocers open at the weekend so Dd1 got me a huge bunch of coriander for £1. Result. Rest we already had.

Then we will go out for pudding...can't bear to do much else as weather is sooooo carp.

Few chores to do and parcels to post. Will try a class this evening too.

DW will be fixed but not until next week. Thanks for popping by greent. Lordy, first world problems but washing up is overrrated...

An AFD :T No exercise (but did 14k steps so guess that counts) but parcels done. Larder cleaned out completely by OH as we had had a visitor  (am hoping it was a stray one the cats brought in and 'lost' but I have my doubts....:( and I broke a mirror. Not superstititious but it was a pain. Ugh).

However on the plus side going out for pudding was a great idea and the ice cream parlour was AAAmazing. There are times when I can't get enough of the good things in my city :D

Joined the MSE Credit Club and started to draft a letter to the reams of banks and store cards we've had over the years to see about PPI. I don't think we have had it but this Plevin case is interesting and Ig has inspired me :) (thanks Ig)

Another busy week next week, but hoping to spend some time with OH and get to see some friends....

Have a good week all x

Alice hasn't been on MSE since her last post which was 21st May so doubt she has seen your PM.

Hopefully life has just been too busy for her to come on here - she usually has some of the summer off so hopefully she will be back soon.

Thanks EE - hope she's Ok. Know things were tricky. How's you?

Done a TT and relisted some unsold items but no other money news. Hoping to get home early this evening. Feel tired already and not even at work yet! Not on holibobs until back end of August.

    Have a good day folks
