So a slow day today..thank goodness. Done the VAT form, checked the mortgage account (£144k..weyhey
) and lazed in my garden
A spendy day as I had my hair done but it was budgeted for. Although the nutribullet wasn't...but darn it I thought as I looked at an overflowing fruitbowl...anything that gets us all juicing more. It should arrive tomorrow so we can play with it then.
Have cooked HM tea...ovenbaked tumeric chicken, new potatoes, green salad and tomato salad. Kids can help themeslves..I am off to the gym
Have a great evening folks

Hi poohbear :hello:
It was just a simple marinade of tumeric, lots of yoghurt, onions, garlic, seasoning. Then grill or roast the marinaded chicken. Yummy with green salad.MFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

Good stuff..great minds think alike TC!!
How are you? Sorry haven't been by recently..RL just gets in the way particularly when OH is away
Its great. Love the smoothie I made this morning and it may, just may get us through our banana mountain
Just listed a few items on Bay of E. Wont make much difference but need to get closer to that £750 goal. Also cleaned kitchen, meal planned (but will involve some grocery shopping), skipped the gym (is that an action or an omission??? :rotfl:) and changed lots of beds before the students arrive. Daughter was with friends at the Pride march so Mum ended up doing the laundry - can't miss out on a bit of pegging out when the weather is like this...which reminds me..hows Alice doing? Haven't heard from her recently. Hope all OK.

Purple Fairy's post reminded me of when I took my gym gear to Ibiza and went running every morning. All good until the morning I was chased by builders shouting at me in Spanish. So embarrassing. I didn't do it again after that.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Epic fail on exercise this weekend..apart from one class on Friday. OH back and jetlagged..grumpy and everyone madly prepping for the week ahead. But...am going away with a friend overnight this week and taking a day off work so not all bad
Went to the cinema but went to the cheapie one with a free adult ticket so £20 for 5 of us. Result. Nice dinner at home and HM pancakes for brunch. Bit more planning for the Xmas trip but nothing further booked as yet. Have been stashing spends on a credit card that gives me hotel points but means a big bill to pay this month as well as tax, VAT yadda yadda so need to be careful with the OPs. Loads of washing washed and drying with this gorgeous weather but not a sniff re the EBAy stuff I listed, but fingers crossed for next week. Food quality has dipped a little this weekend, almost craved caffeine, carbs and sugar, but still no alcohol.
Have a good evening all
Much love

Well done on the AFDs, I've not managed any yet this month and don't think I will until house refurb is finished, feel I need something to look forward to at the end of the day. Will be back on the case soon though. One of my friends is currently 19 days AF and reckons she feels no better for it. Weather is gorgeous - long may it lastI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

excellent new on the AFD brizzle I won't even begin to mention what I've consumed this weekend... other than it included the most epic G&T cake ever  and that wasn't the only booze consumed either
I tend to find I just can't do all balls in the air together, so its either food or exercise or booze vary rarely all 3 on the money together IYSWIM.
Hope you enjoyed the sunshine, was amazing here. Purps x0
