Planning to pop in a short run too. Sun is shining and I need to start exercising again
And...just heard OH has received a cheque for some overtime last month. Think I will put the lot against the new CC debt. Will schedule for next month when it comes through :jMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

- have listed some items on EBay. What do people think about posting overseas? Maybe I will just get a RM price, but I am always nervous.
I sell loads overseas - sometimes most of my sales are abroad. I always put postal prices in the listing - it's easy as RM only have 3 postage bands for overseas sales. If it's worth less than £20 you can claim for any losses with RM with a standard proof of posting. Any more than that I either send RM tracked or courier.
You can block any country you are not comfortable sending to. The only country I block as standard is Russia, I've had too many problems there."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Hi brizzle - started reading The Recovering Spender. Something she wrote resonated with me:
"My spending was not a reflection of my value system. I valued family, growing old together, education, safety, my faith, and togetherness. If you looked at my checking account, you would be fooled into thinking I really valued eating out for dinner, shopping, entertainment, housing, cars, and random “stuff.”
How true - apart from the cars that checking account was mine! Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

I know.. there are some nuggets in it that's for sure. Glad it's useful. Some is a bit too obvious.. but we are all on a journey and I guess she now makes a living taking people right back to the beginning.
Thanks for sharing. Am so tired can hardly think so nice to get your message whilst on work trainMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

Earlier this eve
Quieter and differently paced day tomorrow. Much needed.
Some good news- TCB heading for a great payout. I have also received 2 x £50 John Lewis vouchers for complaining about substandard service - which made me feel much better:j I haven't decided yet what to use them for but probably Xmas presents?
Would have been a NSD today but DD2 popped out to get some pasta so that's snookered that. TTs done and money for THEM squirrelled away
Hope everyone good

Well done on the complaining. I think you should keep 90% for presents and 10% for a little treat of your ownIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them
