Thanks Lou, yes it is and if it's only once a year think it's worth it.
Quiet day planned today. Movie this afternoon and a roast dinner, before the whole circus of the working week starts again..
Will take snacks into cinema so that no extra spends other than the actual tickets.
Sun shining so maybe the washing will dry, that'd be good.MFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

Hi MfD
PITA actually as the car played up again.. But fixed now and had a productive day WAH. Eventually!
Big week at work this week so head down and getting on with it. Will be able to breathe in about 2 weeks all being well.
Small TTs being made. Large items didn't sell, but have relisted and some interest. Host family arrangement really beginning to work out well. Very pleased we took the leap. A NSD today which is blooming unusual! But welcome!! Will update my sig.
Away with OH for a late birthday present this weekend. Just one eve but will be bliss to be off domestic duties! In laws are in charge which they will enjoy.
Onwards and upwards. Hope everyone is OK
Will update on targets soon... Am crashin' and burnin' on 5:2 but everything else is pootling along.. Oh although more sleep would be good. Well behind on that!! But guess many of us areMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

All good. Big week at work went well and in fact ended up only being a 3 day week..result. Definitely worked the same hours as if it had been 4 though in those 3 days!!
Done some feel good things for me. Had hair cut and coloured. Taken advantage of the new Co-op loyalty scheme and got £3.87 already via my grocery bill :j and it was delivered to my doorOff to get wine for a friend's themed party at the weekend and dinner is in the SC. Interest being shown on EBay items..now just need to convert it! Fingers crossed.
Other than that, laundry, pegging out, the money shuffle, TTs, that's it for that day so far....where does the time go??!
Hope alls well

And then decided would do a job that has needed doing for a while (using TCB/comparison sites to get some life ins) - wifi is playing up and so its thrown me out twice. Grr. I so hate
it when wifi connectivity is flaky. Think OH believed its just user error when happened to DD2 yesterday eve...he better not try that approach with me this evening!
On a better note, got stressed tweaking YNAB..why won't my forecast income be greater than my proposed expenditure () but am beginning to get it into shape. Have asked accountant for a meeting next month to kick me into action with the records, he will then tell me whats due and to whom and I can then take action and/or breathe (the latter is optional) I have also updated my panel reading and we have suggested a BIN to someone on one of the items which would be good if it goes. DD1 is still faithfully cycling to school and so saving us bus fares..happy days
Have charged all the phones and devices whilst the panels were pumping out the energy..so small benefits to a lovely day weather wise.

Update on targets:
- meal planning is going VERY well. Being a host family is definitely focussing our minds and its working well. When OH is away for work it may get harder, but we will do it
- 5:2...lets just not even go there
- host family - its good..he's a good kid
- Business Development..some ideas, but no progress as yet so poor show there
- Decluttering.. need to do some more, 29 items to go this month and there is only a week left
- YNAB is faithfully being recording and reconciled and we are being much much more careful about the spends, but its a low month income wise and it is creaking
- screen time is still excessive but probably sleeping more and definitely drinking less alcohol
- no new work clothes..have looked at the email alerts and deleted them..
Hope everyone is OK xxMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

Thanks DIA. So am I! Relieved too. It's a big ask (risk?) with disruption to family dynamics. But so far so good.
Relaxing here at our fave local hotel bolthole. Lovely walk in the sun across the Mendips. Upgrade to our room, free breakfasts AND a free bottle of wine with our dinner as reward for previous brand loyalty. All looking good then on the :money: front. It's for OH's birthday and we have put money on YNAB aside so planned spends.
