Try this link Brizzle hopefully should work.

I'm loving your contribution to the wider issues, I felt like you. I was so sad when I heard. Her children are almost the same age as mine and me the same age as her. So it really hit home. Plus, I know lots of people say nice things about people when they die, but wow, I've never heard anyone talked about in such a positive way about everything she did and stood for. It's such a shocking situation. I too will do something good what I have. Sending hugs.

Sending hugs from New Mexico to you all for the loss of this amazing woman. It seems she was wonderful role model. I keep thinking of her husband and children.

    Hello

Really didnt want to go to work today as had such an upifting weekend..but I did..and it was good. :D

    MSE wise..

    - M&S card worked in that I remembered the PIN but not sure about the 500 point voucher I was given. Didn't seem to work? Or was it that the voucher gives me points which are redeemable against a future purchase?
    - Not very frugal weekend in that went birthday/Prom shopping with daughters plus underclothing necessaries for them...also ate out twice - once for a meal with OH and on Sunday as a celebration for Fathers Day; finishing exams and a birthday..£90 for family meal so could have been worse..
    - earned £100 taking part in a focus group. £50 each. Lovely lunch too. Very easy money but probably hard to repeat!
    - slugs having a right chomp at my veggies. One cucumber plant beyond help so had to give to the chooks. The others are hanging on though. Fingers crossed.

    Hope everyone's good

    xx

Sounds like an excellent weekend, Brizzle :).

I've a feeling this is going to be a bad year for slugs and snails and all things plant-munchy . On the plus side, I've noticed lots and lots of bees about too :).

Thank P&F!! We like bees...slugs and snails need to be immediately fed to chickens in my opinion... For swift egg conversion ;)

And if I didn't say..airline paid up very promptly. Compensation came into my account on Friday :)

Chickens can eat snails and slugs? I will tell my daughter...the new chicken x 2 owner. :)

Oh yes! Our bantams didn't like them (too big?) - our standard (normal sized) chickens fight over them. They are like caviar to them. It's also a good feeling I am afraid to 'recycle them' from my plants and walls and patio and know they are doing some good.

Weather much better today. Makes a difference on a cycling commute!!
