Hello hello hello :hello:
I am very good thanks everyone. Thanks for all the good wishes. Just been busy, family seem to be constantly on the go, OH working very hard and my new job is full on but great. And once you've slipped 'off the wagon' from here..its easier to bow out completely than to just drop in once in a while..
Money wise we are making some big spends but YNAB has and continues to be amazing. A really excellent product. Even when we are MF we will use income forecasting software. I hadn't ever realised that simply accounting for everything going out wasn't enough, I needed to be able to accurately forecast what was coming in as well.
All is pretty much as it was really. Although we are having a new bathroom (old one was 20 years old so feel justified) in a few months time and I seem to be taking lots of holidays, on the plus side we have kept up with YNAB, have sizeable savings pots and a mortgage overpayment pot (quite a shock to the system I can tell you!) but still also trying to make income where we can eg. EBay stuff we no longer need and we still have a lodger. We are having a summer student again too.
I hope everyone is really really well and enjoying the sunny glorious weather. Hope to catch up with you all over the next few weeks
much love

Ha! brizzle my lovely - I was minded of you yesterday - and here you are! (spotted you on Tilly's thread) We were out and about galavanting abroad, and we had parked up in a beautiful spot to listen to the Food Programme - where they mentioned about the Bristol Food Festival. And I thought to myself - gosh, doesn't time fly? It doesn't seem like a year since we were chatting on brizzie's thread about it .......
Lovely to *see* you and hear all is well
