Igamogam..yep agree cucumbers are the way to go, ( when my chooks don't sit in the troughs and munch them that is!) and AF needs to be handled with care. Not sure I would ever try fresh stuff, but still working my way through 17p Ainsley Harriott mixes, fruit juice, tins of tomatoes and olives, tuns and sardines..it's all good stuff and I think it definitely has its place in our house. Not to say that most of the budget doesn't go on organic and local stuff (cos it does) but AF and A@di help us make the most of the odds and ends we still need, basics and store cupboard stuff.MFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

Ha ha, Brizzled, you couldn't resist. You can download a trial version but I will just say that it can be a bit tricky to get to grips with straight away, took me a while to get it set up the way I want it.

YNAB is fab, you'll never look back
There's 20% off via DebtCamel's blog if you buy before the end of the month (I am 'Amanda' in this article!)

It's often available cheaply via Steam as well, so that might be worth a look first.0 -
So... This YNAB thang is very compelling. Whilst Moneywiz£ is great it's more about accounting. YNAB is primarily about budgeting. It's well laid out and although needs more tutorials and tips (on several occasions OH and I were there scratching our heads on how to get items to pull through and how to stop money being automatically carried forward for example), is a real contender to move us from MW over to this product!
So hours spent on that yesterday!have to say it focused my mind on how much income this family needs to pull in every month if we are to each our savings etx goals. Hmm. Not a small figure and it's now in lights at the top of our YNAB charts!
Lovely day yesterday, saw family and reminded of the importance of them to me. OH hung out with neighbours and has a lovely time. Student collapsed in front of TV:) ( exhausted first week here) so all good in Brizzledom:DMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal
