Had a wonderful wonderful time.. Lots of laughter and socialising and some glorious sunshine..
Highlights included:
- away for 9 nights but only paid for 3
- kids had icecreams, pasties etc but only 1 'proper' activity as it were...so minimal big spends and they had a ball
- managed a walk and drink with OH as well due to kind friends
- only used one tank of fuel in whole week
- lodger looked after the homestead whilst we were gone and the plants have flourished :rotfl:
