Thanks everyone and thanks kissjenn for popping by
Today is meant to be a day of work and some chores as I had to work for some of yesterday. Blooming abject failure so far but have put some laundry on driers. Have to say never miss the TD. What a waste of leccy that was. 2 concertina clothes racks and a bannister is all you need! :rotfl:
Done the TTs. Food from freezer this eve. Kids managing early eve by themselves. See how they go. OH is away until tomorrow eve..
We have still spent money on groceries (milk, bread, fruit, veg, some cheese), but haven't done a proper shop since October! Just shows you what we had in the freezer/ larder. Ridiculous.
Hope everyone is OK

Hi brizzle - following on from Mrs PG's thread with the elf, I'm led to believe by friends who are participating this year that their elf came from a certain blue shop off the 32! (And he was v cheap so I doubt there would be any left for this year)0

Ooh.. Who'd er thought it?? Swedish elves???:rotfl: makes sense I guess!

Woohoo! brizzle you are doing amazing :T So i take it the family hols is going to happen then - really hope so
If you've got the cherry cola gammon recipe that'd be great
I am supposed to be having a bit of a 'catch-up' day and its not going too wellThink i've overdone the studying so my mind won't focus for long at the mo. oops!
I've done the washing - think i must be the only 1 on mse who uses the TDThen again house is tiny so not sure where we could dry stuff and it does save me time and ironing
I've also washed pots and got bread baking and a slow cooked recipe that i'm anxious about underway - it doesn't seem to be doing muchRead the recipe about 3 times and i don't seem to have missed any ingredients here's hoping it'll be great by tea time
:)
Hoping to get some cakes in the oven laterCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
Thanks DDFW..will post that recipe. Its a NL one...(minus the illegal substances of course
)
The TD was great when I was drying reusable nappies but after that not needed...but as you say it does depend how much room you have.
You sound like you are going great guns at the studying. Best of luck..and how is the job hunting going?MFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

Ooh. Meant to say received a WR card this morning through the post. Unsolicited but seems to have some good offers/10% discounts on some items. May use it in conjunction with my C@op vouchers which are proving very handy to stock up for Xmas. But won't go wildMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

What's a WR card?
I've used the NL recipe for years, the kids love it. Didn't know you could do it with Cherry coke. Must say she was looking good for using coke in her recipes. Didn't know it was such a fantastic preservative :rotfl:Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30
