It was indeed fab, Piq. Absolutely gorgeous.

Much more chirpy start to this week despite another early start and a hair losing day at work...yes the madness that is the week before Christmas got underway by oh at least 10am this fine Monday morning. Ridiculous. Bonkers but oh well, it will pass...

Charged phones on train. Did some TTs and made sure the work CC and one used for some Xmas pressies are on £0. Yummy leftovers for tea :D. Girls in good form and I am now tucked up, cruising the diaries and having an early night. Life isn't too bad! :)

It's speeding by kerri at a rate of knots..

Hopefully this is make a list day and wrestle some of the remaining domestic chores back into control. House looks fine which is a blessing but a few more cards to write as well as my mums present to organise.

I will also go for a run and update the spreadsheets and sig totals. More use ups for tea I think! It doesn't ever stop (not that I am ungrateful :rotfl:)

Take care everyone, will be back to check in on the diaries later

Hmm. No run and no present for Mum. Must do better but

    - baked friands and made tablet (lush:))
    - finally finished the UseUps...kids were beginning to complain :rotfl:
    - paid HMRC for CHB overpayment. Surprisingly easy to do although do have to go through a chain of 3 people! But seems like I managed it without all the bother that most people get when they phone them
    - did a SM shop but with vouchers got £40 off. Lots of stuff for trip away so we can be pretty frugal. We will be taking the SC too! :rotfl: Hopefully that's it until next year
    - updated spreadsheets, just slipping into £4,800s which is better than had expected.
    - did some TTs but blimey it's tight. Very tight. Roll on March 31st!!

Thanks Greying...thanks for stopping by. It just shows you though..just spent £80 in last 10 minutes or so. £30 on final instalment on weekend holiday with friends next May and £50 on my mums present. OK will get £25 back for the present from DS but even so...

Funnily enough despite the supposed LBMs..this time last year I wouldn't have even clocked it. My, how times have changed! :j
