I basically posted, saying, hay I am here if anybody wants me ( techincal help ) didn't think it would cause overload in a techincal forum within a forum.

I put the old one back and tried restarting it - everything seems to be running fine now. Do you know why this happened? Just in case we did something that we can avoid!
