    Evening all,

    Not caught up on the thread yet. Been trying to get things sorted for tomorrow. Still need to pack a bit more, have done a food shop, had my dinner, decided against showering, i'll do that when i get to scotland. Made myself a packed dinner to eat onthe way there to save the pennies. Will do a thermos too, so need to wash that out ready. Could do with washing some clothes and doing a bit of housework before i go. Will see how i feel.

    OH has gone out so house to myself except pup. Really feel like curling up in front of the telly with a cuppa instead of getting things ready....

    Hugs to all who need/want them

    Hi everyone

    So windy today, luckily my very frail garden fences are ok. Mum lost a couple of panels in her garden. The wind caught one of the heavy firedoors at work,the hinges snapped and the door ended up 6 feet away in the playground. Luckily no one was hurt. OS wise I'm tackling the ironing pile which has built up since going back to work.
    Take care everyone

    Beth....positive vibes coming your way;

    Taplady....how sad.

    LW....good vibes on way to you....take care.

    Not quite as cold to-day, did a wash but didn't go out as too windy still.

    My last surviving aunt died on Wednesday evening, she was 102 last August, so a good run, although dementia spoilt the last 10 years of her life and she would have hated that...we were very close and I am not looking forward to to-morrow's funeral, am doing a reading so hope that I can stay strong for that...will have to think of what her reaction would be to my going to pieces!

    Thinking of you Bramble.

    Very tired so heading for bed....have to be out of here before 9am so need to wash the dreaded locks....think I will cut it!

    Stay safe all
