Hi ZTD,
Yep i asked yesterday and i was told that i could book a personal training appointment if i wanted a person to work out a plan with me. I'm unlikely to hire a personal trainer they ae really expensive.Sealed Pot 7 (No. 296 )

I would get one appointment with the personal trainer free but then i would have to hire them if i wanted further support.
On an unrelated note got a fab present for my cousin from Lakeland, a sandwich cutter that makes dinosaur shapes 99p reduced from 3.99 bargainous
Also amusing as my cousin in 22 years old and male but he wanted one..Sealed Pot 7 (No. 296 )

Does anyone ever get challenge overload on here?
Every time i read a thread i find more challenges i want to join :j
Being very restrained and restricting myself to four at the moment, i tried to do too many last year and it was too much to manage.
Still i might dip into the Make £10 a day and Grocery challenges every 2 months for that little boost...

Ok its going well today
I found the cat a new cat tree on zooplus which was on offer at £49.90 i then found a 13% off code for new customers taking it down to £43.41. I get 5% cashback from the site through my work rewards site so it will have cost £41.24 and my neighbour has offered me £45 for the old cat tree for his daughter who has just got 2 kittens.
So i will actually make money on getting the cat a new toynot much but every little helps.
The old tree is really good still, its made of wood not cardboard like a lot of the ones you find now but its shelves and i live with a cat that likes boxes so he has a more hidy tree coming.
Fingers crossed he likes it
Oh yes 13% off code for new customers on zooplus is GTVCJAN12 or 15% off if you spend over £55 is GMTVCO112.
I also managed to use a 50p off coupon in Boots on some Herbal Essences that was already discounted so paid 1.24 for a 400ml bottle should keep me going for a bit.:DSealed Pot 7 (No. 296 )

Ok so i got through about half of the Saturday list but i was very good and did not cave and get the bus to town or buy coffee or any of that stuff.
Its funny its starting to become a habit to refuse things but i'm sure it can go to far the other way. When i start thinking i should not be spending my money on going out for a friend's birthday its gone a bit too far (not happened yet but that is my intervention moment!)
Feeling a bit deflated today work is going badly and i went to the gym to chill out but someone was covering for my normal instructor and the class was totally different and no fun at all for uncoordinated me.
I'm really annoyed at my gym they put the fees up, removed the personal contact and there they are signing up loads of new people who have stuff all idea about gym etiquette on half price membership. Who is paying for this discount i might ask? i am apparently since i am paying at least £6 more than all the people who signed up in the last 2 years and all because i am loyal to the gym and have stayed 5 years with them continuously putting up the fees.
In conclusion i am an idiot and i really hate the whole damn place right now.
Still more MS work too do but too tired to read notes tonight will have to do it in the morning.:(Sealed Pot 7 (No. 296 )

Then MOVE! If you don't leave, they'll just assume you like it good and hard in a Dad's Army Corporal Jones kind of way...Still more MS work too do but too tired to read notes tonight will have to do it in the morning.:(

I am moving, to be fair i only encountered the new anti-personal gym ethos on Thursday of last week and found about the half price offer on Saturday i think? Regardless i have my contract with me and i'm going down this evening to quit. There are other gyms i can go to, i found a boxing gym that looks good and its closer to my new home.
I think i might be able to get a good deal at the end of the month when people are trying to make sure they get their sign up targets met.
Just 1 MS today so i get a little rest but i type up promply so i can pack this evening. I'm off to Sussex to take my Nonna (italian for nanny, she dosen't like nanny) to see Spamalot on Thursday as her xmas present.Sealed Pot 7 (No. 296 )
