Hi TG, I did see someone on another thread say she had met up with you, I think it might have been the 2013 MFW thread runm by Voucher Man? Sounds like you had a great time, how did you recognise each other, was it the old traditional of newspaper under your arm or did you have a :money:badge :rotfl:

PS, your new greenhouse looks fab. I'm sure you'll have a great time stocking it up and many a happy an hour in there too. It's such an attractive shape too, so nice to look at

Thanks ATT I met with tryingtobegood we are both tall and she was the only single person in the cafe.

Been so so busy with trip to Denmark and work. Last Tuesday I emailed someone about a 6 month job in London which sounds fantastic. I had to do a letter and a CV but didn't get around to it before leaving for Denmark last Thursday. Fast forward to Monday a message from the person in London (who I know through work). I leave her a message she then calls me Tuesday when on Monday would it suit me to have an interview. Ah well I have not even applied yet, doesn't matter just do it.

So interview For local job Tomorrow and interview Monday for London job. Decisions decisions driving me mad but totally flattered.

Meeting today then drive back from Bristol, interview tomorrow is 11.30 but need to print a load out first to take with me.

Thanks Vanda just had a call and email interview for local job on Weds at 1.15 means my trip to HQ might get cancelled oh dear.

Also a planned trip to Oxford but not sure why I feel so bad this is my future.

So 4 job applications and 3 interviews as 1 is for 2 jobs.

What is a girl to do.

That all sounds very promising. Hopefully you will be offered all of them and then you will be able to choose which one is most suitable for you.

Here's hoping for a 'oh no, which job offer shall I accept' dilemma .

Thank guys just done the first two back to back with exercises quite hard to tell how I did as they know me. I know I got some of it missed off as I don't work day to day in that type of agency. I did say I would pick it up quickly so we shall see. I think I did ok but the jobs are 20 and 30 hours so unles they are combined some how it's hard to say.

Spoke to the woman who was responsible for headhunting me to my current job and she says got for the 6 months contract it will be amazing for your CV and the other jobs will still me there when that job is finished. Interview for that one on Monday. Should hear about this one Monday.

If I do get offered more than one I shall do the pros and cons in this diary.

Here is the outline of them all just for now:
1. Deputy manager 30 hours, local job, £21k prorata, permanent
2. Training managers job 20 hours , local job (same place as above) £17k prorata, permanent.
3. Project work, 6 months fixed contract, based in central London should match if not better my current salary.
4. Case worker, 2 year contact poss 3, walking distance, £17k, done that job before.

Right just had the phone call job one has been offered to me so has 7 hours from job two that makes it 37 hours at £21k a year. Major plus is at I know I would enjoy it and its local. Lovely people and it would give me the management experience I don't currently have.

Will go for the job in London on Monday and if I don't get that take this offer and forget about job 4.
