Diet went to pots last night (cheese and crackers) so had cooked breakfast and will have late lunch/dinner later when MS.
Done normal shopping for £5 off £40 next week in Tesco that's a nice one that one. Also got new slippers as mine seems to be in Denmark. They were £9.50 but had a M&S voucher from the Daily Mail promotion so that made it £4.50. Very comfy but ugly.
Free listing on EBay so will list some stuff. Got some Elizabeth Earle stuff which I don't think I shall every use as I don't tend to bother with long winded skin care rutines.
Spent quite a bit in Bristol
Two work shirts for £48 in Mango
Hotel Chocolate £9
Lush shampoo £6 but got free sample of hair treatment and the shampoo is going to last for ever and is really good.
Did earn 85p Quidco check-ins in Bristol.
Need to do the following this weekend.
Travel insurance is £42 for two weeks for £61 for a whole year. Need to check if I can get cachback - done £41 and £4 cash back
DHs passport is close to running out it need to be laid 6 months after we get back from SA and its a week short. Not done
Get rid of algee on patio -done incl the deck but not sure how effective it really was deck looks great
Golf Sunday comp with DH
Hope you are having a nice weekend.Save £12k in 25 No 49

MS was rubbish the three things I wanted were off the me u so had to have my fourth choice. DHs fish in batter was the colour of chocolate.
Had more cheese and crackers so that's bad plus more spending a new Long Tally Sally dress which is in the sale for £45 down from £60 but sold out so found it on EBay for £39 incl postage. Bad because I also found their latest catalogue with a card offering 20% off and free delivery that would have been nice for my £50 sweater that has still to arrive. To be fair the dress I bought was something I really wanted when I went to the shop the other day but they didn't have it.
Chilling out while DH is watching Merlin with my freebie Lush hair treatment in the bath. ( making sure I don't get the ipad wet).
Enjoyed strictly but still cannot stand Brucie.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Golf was good fun it was Men vs Ladies we lost but my partner and I halved our match and it was a good game. Got in just before it started raining. DH didn't get a game but had 9 holes with 3 other men at the end of the matches. He did enjoy it and I pleased to see him up there.
I played with a friend of mines husband who told me that my friend is enjoying working for my husband. I played with her last week and I had no idea she was still working there. She was doing it in August to cover our holiday. Strange that DH didn't mention it but I was actually pleased to know this as it will help FIL when we go away.
Got the passport application done and paid for the coach for DH's birthday. Still need to pay for 2 more ticket for the evening as I only bought 13 and now my mum and sister is coming too. Just need to check my neighbour is coming and not going to the football.
Feel a bit battered by the wind on the course so feel like a nice hot bath as DH is watching motor racing. Got Gym tomorrow and my weighin. Been good today so hopefully not have put on again as I have not been that good during the week. Too much chocolate.
Got bids on my Liz Earle stuff which is great thought that would go well.Save £12k in 25 No 49

God I am so bored today at work so glad its nearly 5pm. Off to workout with Darren this evening then Zumba tomorrow and hopefully Circuits Thursday that will be be done for the week.
Got the Airport Lounge booked 10% cashback from Quidco so thats £3.50 but I recon as we are spending 3 hour at Heathow the £15 it cost us each in the lounge will be well spent as we will get fed and watered before. You can also nick stuff to take onboard the flight which is nice.
Dietwise started all good but then found my Hotel Chocolate Dark Caramelised Almonds and now 2/3 packet is gone thats over 400Cals how bad is that on weigh in day.
Put in a claim for a £15 cashback from my 123 credit card but they need the OLA number which I did give them orignally but they havent got and Santander says I dont need it. Its not often this sort of stuff goes wrong but this one seems to have gone a stray. Usually Quidco are pretty good in sorting it out.
Well need to do some work but really dont feel like it. Thinking ahead to Wednesday need to leave home at 5.50 to get a 7am flight then I will be back home at 10pm that evening. Conference finishes as 4pm so will have time to mouch around Leeds but its a long long day.Save £12k in 25 No 49

:rotfl: no I don't think he would have any idea. He has given me a week off so will have to make sure I keep things up in the meantime. My weigh in wasn't as bad as I thought according to the gym scales I have lost 2.5 kilo in total but a bit more on mine.
Also :rotfl: to the joke, my neighbour who is 5.2 as well came with me to a LTS shop in Exeter and the shop assistant said "we usually have a rule that people need to be able to see over the clothes rails to be in here". :rotfl:
Weronika this is the luxury part of our holiday I have never been to a private safari lodge. Usually we have done safari in the Kruger Park and driven around ourselves or done the odd game drive from Sun City. This should be fantastic. Rest of the time we are staying with BIL and the final week we are here http://www.selborne.com/gallery.htm as BIL owns a house there. We are quite lucky really quite an MSE holiday.
Working from home today need to get a load done before my trip to Leeds tomorrow and then my early start on Thursday.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Bloody FlyBe my trip to Leeds was a non event. Got up at 5am was at the airport just before 6am, should have gone at 7am but they kept saying adverse weather in Leeds so cannot take off. Well by 9.30am we got a voucher for a free drink so had that and then spoke to boss. As I was coming back tonight at 8pm and the conference closed at 4pm she said go home and work instead. I stuck it out to 10am so we get the full refund and the flight took off at 10.30 in the end without me obviously. Would have got there for 12 I guess but not really worth it. Shame as I was looking forward to it but now wont have such a long day.
Boss now thinks I should do the London conference instead which I wanted to do all along but it means cancelling with Darren. Shame but never mind.
Got my two LTS items today both lovely lovely. The dress will need a belt just not sure what type will ask my neighbour she is so good at that sort of thing. I have a nice waist just large hips and my top half is really short compared to my legs so belts are not easy. This is what the dress looks like http://www.longtallsally.com/tall/dresses/above-the-knee/stripe-a-line-knitted-dress/black-hemp?category=s-013_dresses#
This is the top which I love http://www.longtallsally.com/tall/tops/long-sleeve/colour-block-intarsia/grey-black?category=f-010_tops_knitwear
Comtemplating gym tonight instead of Thursday but not sure BodyPump is great for my shoulder could just go and do a work out couldn't I.

Friday at last thank god this week has gone quickly but so look forward to the weekend.
Bit of a speedy week, DH and I decided to take advantage of Martin champagne offer and booth 6 bottles. Mainly because champers is so expensive in South Africa it might be worth taking some out there. Not sure if its possible on a plane will have to check. We also got some 4 % stuff for DH it's currently two bottles for £5 and with the 25% off really good value. Being delivered on Saturday night.
Went to sainsburys last night as we had run out of so many things. Usually go to Tesco so quite nice in a way to see what they had. Cat food is on offer so got a bit of that. Still enjoying my weekly veg and fruit box but as DH don't eat much veg it is a bit hard to keep on top of getting it all eaten. I might cancel next weeks as I am away two nights.
Not booked the hotels but hope to het theme from hotels.com with cachback (usually 12% from TCB or Quidco) and you get 1 in 10 free.
Really need to buy a belt for that dress I showed you above. Going into Pompey town centre today for a couple of meetings might just have it have a look.
Done gym 3 times this week and got my sports massage tonight. My shoulder is a lot better but my Back and legs are a bit rubbish. Hopefully better after tonight.Save £12k in 25 No 49
