Oh Scotland toy lucky thing I have only been once and I loved it. Would really like to go back but it's such a long way from the South coast of England.

Sweet stall went down well got rid of everything and it was a nice lunch too. Chilling a bit before doing some work. Two cats on a bed very cute.

Did my workout with Darren and I weighed 83.5 (clothes) and this morning I did the weigh in for my chubby club at work 82.3. So sore I can hardly walk mind you but well worth it. On reflection the eating earlier is working even if its not 5pm as Darren suggested its more 6-6.30pm. Also a major factor is that I haven't had a drink for over two weeks. Don't even miss it that is the first time I have managed that.

Flip I can hardly believe it so have set myself a target of getting down to 75 before I go to South Africa. DH for some reason know his brother is coming over. A shame I am sure it's his dad who has told him. I will make sure I keep quiet about my sister and mum coming over. Tickets have been booked so look forward to that.

Transferred £500 into the savings account lets hope I can manage without it. I think I can as I have the new block on my laptop so no way to get around it.

Just set up some very useful alert on my Santander current account and credit card plus filled in my savings goal. Really useful stuff and they text you when you get near any of them.

Also subcumbed to the lure of the Bodyshop completely run out of shower gel and I love their pink grapefruit on. Ordered a big bottle, a nail oil pen which I needed (run out basically) some Christmas presents at £1 and £2 so will make a nice little set plus some other stuff not really needed. Got £14 off and free delivery so total cost £31.

Off to the vets in a moment just heard a cat come in lets hope its the right one. Also need to box down from the loft but my legs ache so badly its total agony.

£80 for the vets but as we are with Petplan the vet will sort the claim out when his treatment is complete.

Was due to play golf with two friends yesterday but neither of them turned up as they forgot we were playing Saturday instead of Sunday. Played with DH instead.

Got the shopping down quick trip to FIL and got encore cat food £1.30 of a box so that was worth it.

Having FIL down for Sunday lunch so have roast in the oven and rhubarb crumble and custard for pudding.

Tidied up in the garden put seat covers in the loft, put some of the furniture in the garage and wrapped the rest up to leave outside. Also watching the Rydercup looks like we are getting beaten.

Returned the wii game got my full £20 back so that's incl the £2.50 that was the bonus points. Ordered a brand new game plus the steering wheel for £26.99 from Play.com. Much better value as I didn't really want a second hand game.

Got 1 bid on each of my nail varnishes with 3 days to go so they are out of the way. I should really put more on but cannot be bothered.

Right now to get on with the roasties. Hope you are all having a nice Sunday.

Aching from gym to days in a row but Darren is going to help me loose weight my first task is to eat dinner at 5pm (I dont think I can do that but I am trying for 6.30 no later than 7pm). Also no more than 30g of carbs in the evening that is going ok except I looked up the vegetables I really like and they are quite full of carbs (peas, parsnip, beetroot) going to cook some roast vegetables incl sweetpotato to have with steak. Also signed up with Able&Cole to get a weekly fruit and vey box. Its £12.99 incl deliver and you can pick and choose if there is something you don't like dont need right but to Tuesday evening. My problem is that DH will not really eat veg so this way I get them and I have to cook them plus they come with receipe cards each week which should help. Might not be the cheapest way of doing it but the box is for 1 to 2 people so the portions should be small and I shouldnt waste anything.

    Really want one of these:
    MGHHD_Mini-Greenhouse_460_460_100429030714.jpg
I think it would look lovely on my patio (might have to move the box or the planters somewhere else). I could grow cucumbers and keep my seedlings in there away from the patio doors inside.

Its £179 (£20 off) will keep looking but so tempted.

Got the clothes off to my mum and Quidco tracked so that should be a nice payout. Got my £17 back from Groupon as the retailer said they could not fit me in so will have 12 month to spend that which I am sure I can. Offer ended 23.9.12 and I spoke to them on the 18th but because they can only do Groupon on a Tuesday I missed out. Partly my fault I agree but why have an end date of 23.9 then also they are open 6 days a week so could have fitted me in after the 23.9 if they really wanted to. Told them I would never use them again.

Another small rant, just as we were eating last night at the dinner table. Phone goes, its a carpet cleaning company. DH says we have no carpets, she carries on, he then says I am not listening and then puts the phone down. She then calls back to say he was rude and she slams the phone down. I am sure its the ones I have spoken to before and told them yes I do need my two settees cleaned but they insist on coming out to give a quote first and that sounds odd to me. Surely its a set price so.

Anyway enough ranting Friday, just been to the doctors with DH to get his blood test done ready for the next doctor appointment on the 3.10.

Finally not touch alcohol since 12th September and really do not miss it.

Just catching up with your diary ...

I really would love one of those for my garden .... I haven't seen them before ! Where is it from?

    Thanks

    Hi gingababe
It's really lovely isn't it. I found it here http://www.greatlittlegarden.co.uk/mini-greenhouse

I haven't bought one not sure I really have room for it but tempted. Got the lawn done plus wrapped up more of the garden for winter.

Lunch was lovely ate so much no good for the diet.

Watching the Rydercup I think we are going to loose.

Well well what a recovery Europe did it I cannot belive it but I always loved Ollie so it was nice for them. My first Ryder Cup memory was watching it on a small telly at the Golf Club in Denmark in 1987 where they wore pink and of course Ollie was playing with Seve. Prior to that we couldn't get golf on the telly over there only if you had Swedish channels.

Just checked my company's intranet and the Christmas Bonus has been announched, £600 before tax not bad. I know we haven't done that well this year (well my patch and my team are down 30%) so very nice news.

Really must knuckle down and get a load done today got my conference call at 10am.

Cold dark and rainy here so glad I got the garden almost packed up yesterday.

Still only 2 bids on Ebay (one for each) and all it was nice to NOT spend the weekend on some stupid casino site. Did feel tempted but the block meant I couldn't.

Need to change my dentist appointment plus my PT session.

Out and about today so just a quick post before I head off.

Shuffled some money around and work owes me a lot in expenses so my bankaccount look grim I must say. Zopa has been funded and I spotted that one of my £10 loans have not paid in fact is over due by 14 days. You loan in increments of £10 and the balance outstanding is £9.16 so not a huge amount but if I dont get anymore then my total profit so far of £15.76 is not looking that great. Still it wasnt so much about the interest more about seeing how it worked.

Managed to get a MS last night so didnt do Circuits only 45 min workout instead. Will do Zumba tonight and then Darren Thursday that will do for this week. Was good at MS only had a salad but did have a lot of sweeties yesterday and a glass of 1/2 wine (125ml) 1/2 soda. Had missed having a drink but feel a bit funny this morning I really dont think wine agrees with me.

Got a man coming to take down the huge conifer in our garden today that's £95. We planted it ourselves and it is nice just too big now and there is a smaller one next too it which should now take off and fill that spae nicely.

Anyway better get off and get on with things.

Just read Martins email and been onto Whittards, got 3 boxes of tea bags for present (people abroad always appreciate that) spent £11.25 plus £3.50 postage but got the free mugs. They are white with raspberry coloured stripes look lovely. Be quick though there is only 750 and the code is CAFE. :T

Then saw a live mouse in the bedroom which I have now rescued and got safely outside. I did see Thomas up her earlier so I am sure he is guilty. He is a bit thick so that is probably why it was still alive.

Just got another bid on my nailvarnish finishes today at 1pm.:T

The conifer is gone sadly the one next to it is a bit brown looking on the side facing the house. I am not sure it's going to stay but hopefully the ivy on the fence will cover up the brown a bit.

Zumba was cancelled last night so did a 45 min workout instead. :T
