Quidco tracked for 1 (forgot the other) £1.50 nice for a £10 order with freebie mugs.
eBay both sets sold, £9.50 on one and £2 on the other plus postage so not bad glad to get rid of them.
Off to the doctors with DH this evening found out he has been drinking wine when I thought he was having spritzer. Not happy so will see what doctor says.
Loads of work done and paid for my 1 year block on laptop so no more gambling.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Doctors went well graphs showed to us so can see the progress. Doctor is pleased but concerned he is not increasing his food intake he has had to wear a belt now. I think it's his beer gut that is gone but he weight 62 kilo and is 6ft tall so that's not great.
I had my weigh in with Darren last night put on weight only 500 g (just over 1lb) so need to be star good. I can feel the difference in the last 3 weeks my trouser are so much looser don't want to change that.
Need to get up and get going training 40 people today so need to be on time.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Hi TG,
Sorry to hear your OH has been having the more alcoholic version... keep strong, positive and supportive for him.
Well done on all your exercising. I wouldn't worry too much about 500g, it's hardly anything (or a big poo as one of my friends says!) and due to all the extra exercise you've been doing, could just be muscle! Stick to the non-numerical indicators - like your trousers, which is fab!MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0 -
Thanks MRN I did get a bit down about the increase but that means I have been extra good today.
My late payer on Zopa has paid up so that is good now £19 in interest since January. Got loads of work to do but only just got back from training 40 people so really tried I must say.
DH is home drinking tea so that is good. Got my Mario kart game for my nephew had hoped to split it for Christmas but its in one box.

Got loads done this morning, DH ordered a new cheque book he was writing cheques from his old acc so making it overdrawn. No damage as he had a free overdraft.
Went and bought 5 shirt for work in TK Max for DH worked out at £16 each as his we're getting really ratty to be honest. Went out for breakfast and did the weekly shop in Tesco. £65 but that incl booze although low alcohol stuff and lots of it.
Back home went through DHs wardrobe and threw out 5 shirt, put his short sleeved ones away and found two brand new ones in their packaging. Crazy he now has 19 shirts to wear lets hope he starts to wear some of the newer ones. Also did the rest of his clothes and mine huge loads for charity shop and some in the bin.
Put my summer clothes away and found some nice stuff I had forgotten about. I know I have a whole suitcase of size 14 trousers in the loft but I don't think I can get into them just yet.
Got my first delivery of Whittards the tea bags are lovely perfect for presents but the free mugs are tiny not for us but will make a nice present for someone.
£13 from Quidco that's minus the £5 got £26 in topcashback so that's nice once it's ready to pay out.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Got rid of a load of paperbacks just not worth selling on Amazon I find. DH bedside table and the window still in the bathroom looks a lot nicer now.
Made a huge batch of cottage pie froze 6 individual ones plus made some burritos they were really nice and low carbs so have 2 in the freezer. Not bad for £7 for the mince and we have it for dinner last night plus there is enough for today too.
Only played 9 holes of golf the lady I played with played badly and moaned about it so did I so we stopped. Got a bit of gardening done plus the cooking so not bad use of time.
Ordered 2 one hour sports massages on Quidco it's a local gym to me so hopefully won't miss out this time must remember to book it.
Dentist at 9.40 this morning but with the weekly conference call at 10 I hope to be out quickly.
Going up to HQ Thursday so need to book a hotel.
Going to try circuits at 6 pm tonight never done before quite look forward to it.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Made the conference call but back at dentist Wednesday at 11.30 1 filling needed and the bill will be £181 (private). Still hardly ever have anything wrong with my teeth.
Booked my two Groupon massages in for next week and week after so wont miss out this time. Quite look forward to them really.
Also called the vet he is calling me back tomorrow so thats all cool.
Also got my £25 Tesco voucher from the Daily Mail thing we get it delivered every day so easy to do.
Picked up two nice mysteryshops for next week, its a fish restaurant so DH wont be keen but hopefully I can get someone to go with me instead.
Work is so not inspiring me, really really bored with it not sure I will get much done.
Well nearly 4pm so 1 hour to go torn between work out or circuits, not sureSave £12k in 25 No 49

Vet hasn't called back yet so still waiting don't really mind.
MS got taken out of my accounts it had a fault with the date. Told I cold reapply but of course it was long gone by then. Bit annoyed at that. Might cancel the one I was going to do at the same time down there not really worth it.
Booked my works hotel so that 5% cash back £3.5 or so but every little helps.
Spent the day in London working had a NSD and managed 3 check ins on Quidco while I had lunch. 30 p but still.
Working out with Darren tonight it's my 3 rd night in a row at the gym, didn't make Circuits just worked out instead will go with friend on Monday. Zumba yesterday was good and best of all scales said 81.8 this morning I am so pleased.
Been good helps to have the veg box delivered I must say. Not missing carbs in the evening nor a drink.
Was so looking forward to Martins show last night but a bit disappointed there wasn't that much new really and I think the jokes are a bit silly. The best bit was the haggling but again that was OTT I thought.

Hi TG,
I've just caught up with you and you have been so busy! No doubt the shirt and book culls were cathartic for you. Hope all is well at the dentist... I don't have any fillings but it doesn't sound like fun!MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0 -

No fillings how lucky are you. To be fair I have not really had any since I was a kid this one was an old ones gone bad so at east now I got the mercury out.
In a hotel at HQ crap wifi so not impressed. Really tired so early night for me. Won't get home until late tomorrow and then there is the traffic. Think I better sign off for tonight a bit too negative otherwise.Save £12k in 25 No 49
