I had soup for lunch and dinner and the scales said 79.8 it starts with a 7 now so so pleased :j:j:j. I would like to see it down to 75 before the 12th Dec but maybe unrealistic. Circuits was great last night even without my friend and seeing Darren today so should be it for the week though.

Won the battle of the watches, they admitted my watch is out of warranty only covered for 2 years but the mechanism is covered for lifetime so saved myself £42 and get it back soon :j:j:j.

Need to get some work done today working out at 4pm and got a MS (meal out) plus BIL might come down this evening. Will be so nice to see him again, SIL arrives this evening too but not sure when.

Got bids on both my Ebay items on 99p but every little helps. List for today is better and shorter.
    • Work expenses to be claimed done £60 to me
    • Tidy up office its a tip not yet
    • Wash towels ready for guests done
    • Do MS and write it up
    • Get cash out done
    • take bottles to bottle bank done
Hope you all have a lovely day I am going to make myself and 2n cup of tea and do some work.

    Morning
Workout last night was really hard I was dripping in sweat when I finished and the scales and the gym show me quite heavy to Darren was a bit unimpressed. Rushed hom at 17.15 only to find DH had agreed to meet FIl and BIL at 6.30. MS still to be done but that was dinner to raced in the shower and off for dinner. Called the 6.30 off to 7pm and saw them for a couple of hours which was nice. SIL was coming in late last night so did not see her.

DH got his presents he actually liked all of them and I think he was impressed I had booked golf at Sun City so all good there. Going out for dinner tonight but first we have champers at FILs house (if I make it back from Weymouth in time). Plan is for me to give DH the invitation to his party on Saturday that way he gets to know about it and look forward to it. Also for me to call my mum on Skype from the pub so she can wish him a Happy Birthday and maybe even spill the beans she is coming tomorrow. My sisters arrival is going to stay a surprise.

This call only works if the wifi in the pub is up to it and DH actually wants to talk to her. If its really busy it might not work might do it at FIL's house instead.

My whole bosy ache today but I quite look forward to the whole day and evening. Going to pick up some South Africa Bilton on my travels so that is an extra treat for DH.

Signed up for a free credit check from Noodle, no cost no credit card payments taken and it shows I am linked to an address in a town very similar to where I live. Nothing to do with me so have put in a dispute. Scary.

Hope you all have a lovely day.

Right so last night was the big surprise of letting him know about the party and he is really looking forward to it so is the rest of the family. He knows who is coming part from the two from Denmark. My mum phoned him last night and the plan was for her to ask about his birthday plans him to talk about the Greyhound racing and for her to say I would like to come see you tomorrow. Well for some reason he did not really want to tell her (thought she wouldnt understand that type of racing) so never told him they are coming.

Check my emails and Skype late last night, bloody BA has cancelled their flights via email after the office was shut. They offered them a flight via Paris who would want to do that if you are going from Copenhagen to London. She has now booked with SAS which a bit later and £550 for the two single flights. Eyewatering expensive but at least they are still coming. We will now get back just in time for dinner so sorted all of that and I think BIL and SIL might join us going to be a bit hectic but good also.

Got to take the tickets up to the golf club so friends who are joining us at the stadium can get in also need some last minute food shopping plus of course I am meant to be working from home today.

Going to check the flights all day just in case but hope to leave here after it has taken off. Fingers crossed. Once its in the air will take as long as it will take me to get up there by car. Hope traffic is ok on the way back.

Also last night a cat had eaten a whole mouse on our duvet (minus the snout) and then puked it all up in the kitchen. More puke this morning. So lovely to have pets isnt it.

Anyway better crack on think I might do shopping now get it out of the way.

Will update later on how the surprise goes.

This and the comment from MRN really made me laugh sorry I have been missing in action having family stay is hectic.

All went well though, pick mum and sister up at airport got stuck for 30 min in traffic but when we walked in DH was so surprised I could see he really appreciated it.

My mum noticed straight away I had lost weight and yes you are right my secret to weight loss is Darren but also portion control, no alcohol and cutting out the carbs.

Spent Friday shopping got most of the Christmas presents for everyone in Denmark they both loved Sports Direct and although the shops are a mess there are some good bargains in there.

On the Saturday a couple of our friends pulled out of the party, and my friend's ancient fianc!e didn't come either but the 12 of us had a really nice time and DH so enjoyed himself. He hardly had anything to drink and afterwards we stayed up til 3am something DH never can do he is usually slumped in a chair by midnight so it was lovely to see.

Sunday a bit more shopping and I got to have a chat with my friend who has the ancient boyfriend he is taking the !!!! again messing her around. Wish she would dump him but hopefully she will see sense she is not stupid. BIL and SIL were going back Monday so they all came down Sunday and we had a nice last night.

Took mum and sister out for a last shop Monday and got the last present that's means I only need to buy for FIL and I know what to get him plus wrap about 6 things up and I am done. In town there was a market with one of those meat vans where they shout out you with their bargains. I got tempted and got 2 silverside roast enough for 3 or 4 people at least each and 7 sirloin steaks for £20. Had a steak last night they were the best I have had on ages right up there with the ones you get at Beefeater.

Today is working from home, then HQ tomorrow night back Thursday I think the team is still going out bowling Thursday night but if I can I will miss it as I want to go to an appointment in Dorset Friday morning. My colleague who never asks any favours has asked if I can cover for her on Friday in Hartlepool not even sure where that is but would rather not. If I have to the plus is I can go on the team night out.

Finally did circuits last night as I am seeing Darren today. Did stand on the scales in the gym and it was ok, done 5 days without exercise and had a few drinks.

Sorry for the long post hope there is no too many spelling mistakes for auto correct funnies as my IPad tends to do that.

Just checked our intranet and the Christmas bonus was announced again its £600 plus because they have made so much profit they are giving everyone bonus equivalent to 3% of their annual salery. Very cool as I have no chance of making my personal targer nor my team target and in any case those two would be ofset agains there annual bonuses. That will pay for South Africa that is for sure.

Just about to head off to the gym nervous about the scales but hopefully will show my good work paying off.

Tomorrow I am at HQ at the posh country club so can go swimming and to the gym.
