.... So I have sold £30 worth of sewing which covered my cost for my massage this morning.
(didnt cover my wages or my fabrics as well, but thats a different story).
It took me about 4 hours to make the bunting, and then there is the cost of the fabrics too, so for £12 I didnt make anything really. Oh well. I enjoy it....

But you did - you made £18 profit, which you chose to put towards the cost of your massage!

yes I must look at it that way.!

I hope that I will get some more interest as people get to see what I have made. Although I must organise my self better. (Something that I have been telling myself all my life. I must get organised!).

It will be more difficult to while DGD is off for the school holidays now. But I will try to get some routine started. (Again).
Whats that saying? If at first you dont succeed, try, try and try again. Thats got to stay with me.

Time to get on. So much to try and do. As usual I have a mountain of stuff to do here at home now that I am not running around after anyone else today. Although I must try and get hold of Twin2 and see if I can get the bedstead from her for DGD then her room will be just about finished.

Well yesterday was another busy day, and it culminated in my coming down to Bristol for the Old Style meet up. Getting nervous now, as people will be able to put a face to my Mooloo ramblings! eek.
I had a lovely meal in the Hungry Horse, pub next to the B & B I am in. Felt a bit strange sitting on my own, but had a book with me to read, so soon switched off. Had a few funny looks but heyho.
Bought a bottle of wine from the bar and took it back to the room, and sat sipping cool white wine, in bed watching TV!. Didnt drink it all of course. save some for tonight but I think the cool bag blocks will have defrosted by now. So wine is wrapped ina tea towel in the cool bag. Along with my fruit and yoghurt if I get a much on!.
Had a huge breakfast today. All the other diners are foreign males, working here I think. So felt slightly uncomfortable, but at least everyone said Morning. In various languages.
The people here are very welcoming and the room is good. Its small, but serves its purpous. Just wish there was a hairdryer. other then that, what with the breakfast, its a 9/10 I would say.
Just waiting for Gizmo to get back in contact and we are going into Bristol centre to meet up with a few others around midday.
The peace from the family is great!
I feel so relaxed and the time is mine, all mine!
My lovely Mum gave me some money yesterday and told me to enjoy myself. Bonus. so I may be tempted at the Market for a few bits of trimmings or fabrics or something....

Thought I better put some makeup on, after the things the councillor pointed out to me on Wednesday, I must try to make more of an effort on the Mooloo front. Feels strange wearing makeup as I hardly ever bother. Not sure that the person in the mirror is someone I remember????
Time to catch up on my emails and then I can read my book for a bit.

It's your weekend! Spend your cash on treats for you, not bits and bobs for your business, and enjoy yourself.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

    The craft market was avoided.
    Main market was avoided.
    Shops were avoided.
    - Except the one I popped into to get some ice!

We spent the day in the pub and the evening back at my house - feeling a little fragile today :rotfl::rotfl:
I really enjoyed the day - no doubt Mooloo will update you all later.
Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.

Hello back in the land of the living. Actually had a fabulous time, Gizmo was a brilliant hostess too.
We drank copious amounts of wine, and I drank rather a lot of beer too. Was rather sozzled in the end.! Oh well, I still got up ok and had a full english breakfast. Before driving back to Oxford. Stopped at BF's and we went for a short walk along the canal tow path, had a cream tea before I came back home.
Got accosted at the gate by a dog walker, seemed rather off her trolley with a woolly hat down over her ears, and I was in a strappy top! What a difference. Anyway, she tells me that there is a rapist in the area! Helicopters the lot out her last night.
    Scarey stuff.
DGD was returned to me about half an hour ago. She had a good weekend at her grandads and he said that he would have her again sometime, but didnt quite know when as his wife's uncle has cancer and they are caring for him in a rota basis.
He did say that he could get me some grass seed for my garden, he can get me some from his work. So all offerings greatly received.
    If he remembers of course.
I am rather tired now. but it was a great change. The B & B was comfy, and the family very friendly.
Anyway, it was great to meet up with those that could make it.
