Morning, Piq I like your thinking so will count as a NSD :)

Some more survey money hit paypal so have withdrawn £36, just waiting for this to hit bank, halfway there to vet bill so thats good. :D

Played bingo yesterday, cashback deal that deposit £10 get £15 cashback. Was given a bonus as well and I think if my calculations are right that I have earnt £14 in winnings so in theory £19 profit :D Need to go back 1 Nov to withdraw and check, fingers crossed.

Have definitely said no to download but havent heard back confirmation from friend, such a shame but really cannot justify the expense :(

On my own again at work, may get some company later but plenty to get on with. Another NSD today. Will be making up for it at the weekend though :(

Morning :) Nearly the weekend, and oh look on my own again in the office

£36 from paypal has hit so have transferred that to my cc, will probably need to use this for the vet bill so just paying of money as well that is interest bearing makes sense. I now have £37 outstanding on the card and £42 in horse savings, so a plus balance of £5 :D Of course this balance will go up at the weekend for clothes shopping and of course the vet bill.

£46 repaid from friend so have used this to put towards hairdresser and farrier. So the £30 budget for the hairdresser can go towards horse food so have £80 in budget, should be around this so no ned to use the card for this :D Then I think the hairdresser money next month wont be needed as usually every 6-8 weeks so can transfer the £30 to the card to help pay of weekends expenses.

£15 cashback has validated from the bingo so by next month should be able to withdraw so min £5 profit :) Sofa payment out today so another £30 of the total.

Bit frustrated as OH doesnt seem fully on board, he is good most of the time but has added £150 to his credit card this month buying fuel as he doesnt budget enough and buying few extra bits. He also wanted takeaway last night which he paid for which is frustrating as got a whole freezer full of food  Just dont know how to change his mindset :( He is earning and working full time but his wage isnt very high so only just covering the bills and no room for overpayments or extras. I am doing all the hard work it seems to make that extra money and make the budget go further. Am glad given up download now as really need to concentrate on getting rid of this debt now, really fed up with it, its October now and dont seem to have made any headway at all this year :(

Only OH can change his mindset I'm afraid. A bit like trying to give up smoking for someone else, won't happen unless they want it to. Quite a few people have the same problem, as I don't have an OH I can't really help.

I'm going to have to go eb@y mad, as I've just had to spend on new tyres. I'm selling quite a few of the Captain's extra rugs as they do sell quite well. I made £250 on the last batch.

Morning world, its friday and look on my own again  One colleague back next week from hols but is the really annoying one so would rather be on my own.

OH paid today so hopefully more money to transfer to joint a/c to keep that ticking over, not as much as needed but should be ok. Another NSD yesterday and today. :)

Went to look at beds last night, didnt find any beds but found a mattress, the one that I really liked OH wasnt that keen on so we found a compromise £1100  just for the mattress. Off to look at more tomorrow hopefully find something a bit cheaper.

Lots of boring surveys done today hopefully knock the balance up a bit, no bids on ebay but few watchers hope to list some more items at the weekend, keep finding more random stuff that I really dont need so will all help, just need to sell it all now.

Thanks for the comments re rugs, have all of Baldricks old ones, luckily they just fit Phi so she can wear them this season and then will sell them next year ready to buy new ones, least hopefully be mainly money neutral.

Morning, so a good but very spendy weekend

Horse food acquired and with car parking at town was 88p over budget :) Spent £45 in boots on toiletries and new clippers for OH. £100 odd spent in BHS on new boots, trousers and jumper for work. McD's for lunch and then takeaway in the evening  Decided to move the office from upstairs to in the dining room so few bits bought in B&Q prob around £30 but all completed and much more peaceful upstairs for me now. OH bought new boots yesterday for the yard £115  and then £30 odd in tesco for top up food and some new baking trays. So all apart from the horse food and McD's went on the card :( Have to total everything up and then work out the extra to pay for it.

Good things, found a bed and mattress, really decent quality for £1200. Going to pay for it on a card, but both OH and I keep being offered 0% balance transfers so will pay on one card and then tansfer the balance to the other so then no interest payable ;)

We have some savings that are for a new kitchen extension but we are going to raid some of these to do improvements on the house as we cant afford the kitchen yet, we dont have enough. We need to get the guttering and soffits done front and back and new windows and doors at the front and upstairs windows at the back so have a rough budget but should come around £3.5K for the lot. Will make a huge difference as our windows are naff and freezing and gutters leaking :D Still have my ISA allowance at the full so have some back up savings if work dries up. OH looks ok till at least Xmas though.

So now to pay of the bed we are going to get and the weekends spending. One thing sold on ebay over the weekend so ready to post so thats a start :)

Morning :) So not a NSD as going to order the bed, £1200  Now just to work out how to pay for it :o Going to order some new bedding too but will get cashback on this so that helps. Going to try and sell some of the old bedding that will no longer fit.

Non ebay payer has sent message saying problems with paypal hopefully resolved this week. Small survey payment in and with above should have about £15 in paypal, thats a start. Up to £20 in cashback website, payout at £25 so slowly getting there.

Morning so £1400 added to my debt yesterday  Now to pay it off

£5 received from survey site so sent to one card. A NSD today, lunch bought in and plenty of food in the freezer. Enough in my account to cover bills, £93 short in joint a/c but should be able to transfer £150 from OH's wages so that covers this month and makes a start on next month. Think as of next month really need to up the ebay, have so many that could be used for potential Xmas pressies and will clear out a lot of room in my house so need to get going with this.

Pony being a stroppy cow recently, tries to bite me all the time which I may forgive as she is teething, but she is grumpy and trying to kick out a bit if she doesnt get her own way or is doing something that she doesnt want to do so will keep persisting as not tolerating that, she is in that stroppy toddler stage so just trying her luck but being consistent and will get there.

Monring :) A nice quiet day in the office, just me was moaning last week but had everyone in and was better with just me ;)

Not a NSD yesterday as ordered some more bedding. Expensive as ordered a non standard bed (5'6) but will be worth the non arguements about who hogs the bed!

So my credit card was £37 on 4 Oct, so now 7 days later now stands at £1850 :o

It is definitely a NSD today, leftovers from dinner for lunch and food out of the freezer for later. :)

Have looked into getting another trainer for the hoss but could be in the region of £250  but waiting for call back and then see whether its worth it or not. She was much better behaved with me and OH last night and a wee bit better this morning.

Having a think about the money that will be getting from inheritance, hopefully before Xmas and have decided to pay of my personal loan. There may be a bit left over to chuck at cards, but this will save me £148 a month which can go straight to cards and will be a big balance knocked of and will give me more motivation to pay things of quicker.:)

    Morning, tfi Friday :D

£8 withdrawn from paypal so waiting for that to hit, a bit more of the card. NSD today, lunch in and food from freezer.

Spendy day tomorrow as have free tickets to Superbikes at Brands Hatch, have for weekend but looks wet for Sunday so probably just go tomorrow. Fuel is ok so prob just a few spends on food. Have some cash in purse so hoping to just use this.

Horse trainer is £300, so deciding whether to go ahead or not.

OH paid today and will put enough in joint a/c to cover mortgage and to start next months money :)

Morning world, a nice peaceful day on my own :)

So other half has transferred money, enough to pay the mortgage and to start next months money. I dont think though we will have enough in the joint a/c to pay for groceries . When I pay loan of there will be enough then, but in the meantime need to find it from somewhere. We have lots in freezer and storecupboards so shouldnt need anything for a while. I have just ordered a £10 voucher from survey site so theres a start

Spendy weekend, Saturday spent £15 odd on food and grandstand tickets at superbikes but was good fun to watch and then we went for a pub meal afterwards £54 but 3 courses each and lovely as havent been for ages but this went on the credit card :o Sunday was good and bad spent a lot of the day sorting out spare room so have space to move old bed in there, found lots more to ebay, will be doing for years to come, if I ever get round to doing it :rotfl:, threw some more stuff away, but was really tired and ended up with a chinese, but paid out of my a/c.

My credit card now stands at £1896 . Have withdrawn £10 from survey site so that should hit soon. Have sold 2 items on ebay over the weekend so they are waiting to be posted, have re-listed all the other unsold items, need to get some more on there. Still undecided re new horse trainer, she was being much better behaved in last few days.
