Morning, thanks granny for dropping by sorry havent been on yours, rubbish I know

Definitely YAY to OH working :D

Time for a moan, non money related, pony related :mad:My horse shares a field with an older horse, 21 years of age to be precise. The owner decided to have a moan at me yesterday because my horse wont step back automatically from the gate when she puts hers in, she just needs a gently shove and she does, sometimes 2 shoves BUT she is only 15 months, still a baby and is still learning, was basically told I have to train her, I am, it doesnt happen overnight, if she wants to do better than do so  Her horse is a fine example not, have to be careful getting mine out of the gate as her horse rushes past to get out which is pretty crap but dont moan just deal with it. The older horse is also half crippled and in my honest opinion needs to be put to sleep, owner says she wants to ride her again, I dont think that will ever happen, she can just walk let alone do anything else! But its not my place to say so keep quiet and do my best training my youngster, who in my opinion is doing really well. Grrr and breathe!

Just remember hoss is only a baby as you've said. Ignore the owner, you get people who are like that at almost every yard. You are training hoss the right way, with kindness, firmness and time.

I've been catching up with your story from the start over the past couple of days - so glad you've got your new filly and things are going well :) Other owner is probably just jealous.

Morning world, nothing exciting happening in money stakes, yawn! Hairdresser today but money made up out of all the random loose change in the house so a NSD :D Notification of mobile bill this month, £1.94 :D I sent my old phone back and they credited me to my account this this is the first bill in 4 months to pay, so next month back up to £25 ish but been great as used the money elsewhere.

Horsey training going okish, bit better this morning, still a bit stubborn but getting there, been told a few more techniques to try so will see where we go, will get there in the end! Have trainer coming on 9th so any more problems can iron them out then.

Nothing happening this weekend, stuck in village because of the Olympics, got the cycle race going past the village so all roads shut, but will wander down and go and see them whizz past :D

    Morning world :D

Fab MSE weekend, not a penny spent :j OH spent about £5 on some drinks and a paper so could be worse!

Went up to top of village and watched the road race both days, was really good atmosphere and free. Nothing being spent today. Making up for it tomorrow, of to London to watch Gymnastics :D Have travelcard for most of travel, prob need to spend around £20 on trains (available from where I didnt need a mobile bill this month) and poss around £30 on food (from where didnt need hairdresser) so no going over the budget :j

A good payment today in the bank £148 to personal loan, £138 to car loan, £30 to 0% credit card so a little bit more to knock off :)

OH got paid for his 2 and half days work and the cheque for the previous work was cashed, so £50 to joint account to keep it ticking over, enough money in his account to pay bills and £50 to his credit card, this plus the minimum payment of £25 due in few days will take the total down a bit more and means that when he gets his shares payout he wont need to use it all for this. Going to use the remainder for holiday spending as only have £30 in savings for this so that wont get us far and means dont have to find the rest from the budget and can use for debt repayment :)

Horsey has been fun this weekend, still a moo to lead out, friend down yard tried for me on saturday and had the same problem so glad its not just me! Was ready for a fight this morning but she was really good and walked out to the field with only 1 stop so instead of 15 mins took 3 :j Getting there :D

    Morning world :D

Been off for a few days, tuesday went to the Olympics, womens team gymnastics final, shame no medal for GB but great to watch and fab atmosphere. Really fab though that we got silver in team eventing :j So Wednesday took £100 cash out of back, £20 to OH, £30 to hairdresser for next month, £30 to friend for some horsey bits having off her and rest spent on food at olympics. £26 spent on trains, this is budgeted as no mobile bill this month.

PPI Landed yesterday :j So paid of the £380 on my credit card so that is now 0, overpaid 7 months of loan payments so takes end date down to July 2016, instead of Feb 2017. Put £150 in emergency savings, £107 in fun funds for holiday spending and £100 left in current account to pay a plumbers bill for some pipes he moved last week.

£4.88 landed from quidco today, have left in current account as still in the overdraft, got around £300 OD, but underbudget at the moment so keeping an eye on that still.

Have updated signature and totals. Total as of 17-5-012 is £28,237.41  total of today is £26,211 so drop of £2026 :j

This consists of May figures to todays figures

    NWG CC - £84.98 - Now £0 :D
    NWP CC - £2,955.62 - Now £2896 drop of £59 :)
    NW Loan - £8,844.60 - Now £7317 drop of £1527 :j
    Parents - £8,650.00 - Now £8650 - currently on hold
    VW Finance - £6,466.26 - Now £6173 - drop of £293 :D
    Sofa - £1,235.95 - Now £1175 - drop of £90 :)

Also £750 on OH's cc, but this should be paid of with OH shares payout at the end of August :D
