Good job I did a supply run then isn't it ? :p Should have twigged really ... thought supplies were a bit depleted, at least I don't have to worry about stock rotation :rotfl:

It's no bother though, everyone is welcome ... the more the merrier eh ?, could be worse, could be critters

EDITED TO ADD ..... of course it could just be Elantan on a Raid :EasterBun

Ooooh Intriguing ... although I'm not sure that I do  You must pm me with your book of faces persona too

£50 (+ expenses tbc) being added to my tally for the Audits done today, so pretty pleased with that :p

Looks like more watchers on some of my items, but no bids yet :o Auctions due to finish Sunday, so may happen later ... or else they're just being nosey :rotfl:

Had a bit of a shock today, a company I sent my CV to many weeks ago - suddenly called me today and asked me if I was still interested in meeting with them  The job ad originally stated an immediate start  :rotfl:

So, now I've got interviews tomorrow & Friday plus one next week, would be nice to get an offer out of at least one of them but we shall see :o

I'm still really keen on the idea of the one next week, not quite sure what I'd do if I'm in the lucky position to be offered one of them from this week ?

Toddling off for now to sort dinner ....

And I've acquired more chocolate supplies....... including intravenous drips for those who can't seem to get enough :rotfl::rotfl: There's also more supplies for all our non choccie lovelies too :p

How did the interview go? Got a good feeling about this one.
Hows Mr GA? and the poorly Fur baby? Max is much better and back to his mischievous self.

    Did you see my pm?

  • *coughs & whispers* ... I've had my very first ebay sales today :o - does that mean I no longer have ebayvirginitis ?:rotfl::rotfl:

Nothing to wave the pompoms or sound the trumpets over so far, as all small bids, I've also still got a couple left to finish this evening - so won't calculate total amount until tomorrow. I had hoped to sell a few more bits & for a few more pennies than I have done, but can't have everything :naughty:
I will do some more listing - but will leave it until after the new R.Mail costs/sizes kick in, and once I can get my head around them :o

Other than that - I have a MASSIVE £2 to add to the tally from MrT's price promise :rotfl:

As for the interview ... All your good wishes seem to have rubbed off, as I did get one job offer :T:T However it has somewhat caused me a bit of a dilema :o

The offer is for quite a bit lower than the minimum I'd want & I'd have to allow for parking costs too, and it will start off as a temp role (which wasn't indicated previously). Now I did like the company and the role (which has future possibilities) but the company is also going through a restructure, making me a little hesitant in what may lie ahead if I accept it. They also want a "right now" start. :(

I've been playing phone tag with them for the last couple of days, and I've not heard back since my last message (I've said I wanted to check a couple of things before giving my final answer) - Not sure if they were either too busy, didn't get the message or have changed their minds. Wait and see if I hear back I guess.

The thing is, I'm at the stage where part of me feels I should accept a job offer as I really need to get regular income back into the house. On the other hand part of me is saying that I have a chance with this other interview due this week, to do something that really excites me and that only comes along once in a blue moon and is offering at the very least my minimum preferred salary :undecided

Do I hang on & gamble everything on the unknown interview outcome, or let it go and accept the guaranteed offer - even with the concerns I have

I can't do "50/50" and I've used my "Phone a Friend" lifeline (who was really helpful and set me up to do a negotiation ... which I've not yet been able to do as not made contact) .... so I've decided to use my last lifeline - and "Ask the Audience" :rotfl::think:

Decisions, Decisions ... Anyone feel like imparting some words of wisdom ? :A
