Well I wasn't wrong in my prediction ... another Nil Point on the earnings front, but then I kind of suspected that didn't I ?

Job hunting also proved a bit of a bust today - nothing suitable for me in paper number one nor online. However, I do still have paper number two to look through when it comes out tomorrow - so we shall see.

But ...... I've had another Application response back from last weeks submissions, and they want to see me end of next week. Again it's for a company close to home, so that's good too. :T

I've been trying to be a good little puppy today ... and inject some enthusiasm into sorting some more items to put on ebay this weekend - despite my poorly single item so far not having any apparent interest.

Soooooooo, I've dug some bits out and done photographs of them ready to load up - just need to get the descriptions typed up. I have typed up a standard "Terms" blurb bit ie payments etc, I can just copy & paste it each time without worrying.:p

I do need to work out a way to calculate postage & packing though, as I dont really have suitable scales and some of them won't work with the "stand on floor scales and note the difference" suggestion :eek:

Think I need a Choccy break .... mmmmmmmm - French Coffee & Tiramasu in order me thinks :rotfl:

Still sniffling & snuffling, but been dosing up in hope that I'll get shot of it in time for tomorrow's interview.

I've got my two M/shops to do this morning, so will have a bit more going in the kitty this month and the interview this afternoon ... think I've gone past the phase of keeping anything crossed to be honest. From now on I shall pretend I'm a duck, and just let it roll over me like water - what will be will be. (Wasn't there a song about that ? :rotfl:)

My solitary eb*y item still not showing any signs of interest, but I've got the photos done for some more ready for the weekend, just need to finish off the descriptions etc. It's taking me a while, as I'm having to research each type of item first, so I can gauge realistic start prices & more to the point postage costs.

Anyway, enough ramblings for now - must get moving.

Morning Angelettes, Hope everyone is well today

£20 being added to the tally from the M/shops done yesterday and I've just received the stuff for the postal audit so that's another £1.75 to go on. I've also been asked to do two quick merchandising revisits next week, so that's good, and I'll see what else I can book in.

The interview seemed to go well, and once again I seem to have colour schemed myself with the main interviewer :rotfl: I was the first person they saw, so yet again have to wait to find out. :cool:

BUT: I got home last night to an email from another company asking me to go for an interview the week after next.:D Looking at the Job Description they sent - it's for a slightly different role to the one originally advertised (& also to all the other jobs I've applied for), but still well within my scope and one that really excites me .. :drool: :j

I shall be doing extra preparation & researching for this one, as I think I would absolutely love it. My usual approach will need to be altered and I'll need to redo my work examples etc to reflect the differences and & highlight my experience in the additional key areas of the job :think:

Right, I must away to try and do some more descriptions for my planned eb*y listings this weekend..... can't have them interfering with my Rugby boys this afternoon :eek::rotfl:

No M/shops at weekend & my solitary eb*y listing from last week didn't sell, so another Nil Point weekend for me

But I did manage to list another 10 items on eb*y on 7 day auctions, so will see what happens there. Might also try to add some 99p listings during the week on 5 or 3 day auctions. Need to try & dig out a couple of bits to go on gumtree too.

I've been asked to do some Audits Tomorrow & Wednesday so that will be a bit to add, need to rustle some more audits or m/shops up from somewhere but they all seem to have gone quiet.

Lots going on this week, as well as the Audits I've got the interview at the end of the week to prepare for. Job hunting was a bit scarce from all the sources this week, but I did manage to find a couple more to apply to - so need to get them out later today.

It's also Mr GA's scans appointment tomorrow afternoon, don't know if we'll get told results on the spot or whether we'll be notified later by letter or by his GP. I'm a bit apprehensive of what they may find. Just praying that the GP was erring on the side of caution rather than being on the nose with his suspicions.

Things are now getting progressively tighter on the money front, and I've got car tax and stuff due as well. Added to that, one of the furballs has been a bit unwell, and is not showing signs of getting better so have to try and scrape money together for a vet visit.

Wow, as many as that ? I never think to look Maybe it was mention of Chocolate :rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks for the good wishes hun, really really need as many "bits" as possible being crossed for his results, really don't know how I'll cope if it's bad news

I meant to say thank you for the links, I did sign up with one of them, but not managed to get any assignments as yet, the other two I saved for later, but having just checked I can't find them in my favorites folder :cool: Would you mind PM'ing me again ? ... I'll try not to lose them this time :doh:

Aesop, thanks for the [STRIKE]nagging[/STRIKE] nudging Mrs !!! I took the hint and checked my MaxiM balance ... and had plenty to allow me to get a £10 SainsB Voucher :T

So take a bow, and I can now add £10 to my tally for today :rotfl: Having taken your gentle hint to heart .. I shall also be checking through my other survey & reward companies in case I've others ready for cashing

Had an email back from one of the interviews, another thanks but no thanks to add to my growing collection. It was nice that they took the time to let me know, so was quite pleased even if it's not quite the result I'd have liked. So onwards ho to the next couple.
