    Good :D

Well, today is NSD 8 for me for September. I've bought some soup and fruit in for my lunch and don't need any petrol on the way home :) it's just a gloomy day here today and quite chilly, so it definitely feels like winter is on the way!

    Right, must get on!

You need to do some planning...though probably best to wait until all the paperwork has been signed...just in case!

How about buying a few bits and pieces from charity/2nd hand shope/£bay and painting them? Take a look on the shabby-chic thread...lots of wonderful make-overs done with little expenditure. A good way to make a new place (to you) your own....how exciting!! :j:j

I thought winter was on the way last night because it was really cold here. We had our heating on two hours last night and anyone I have been talking to either had their heating on or had a fire on. However it is eighteen degrees today.

It was really cold last night - we put an extra quilt on the bed - and it's been pretty cold all day :( rubbish.

Keiss - I hadn't thought about that, thanks for the idea!

A very good idea, you'll have furniture that is completely unique and lovely too. The shabby chic thread is amazing!

Cold here too overnight, have to think about harvesting the tomatoes...

I'm so glad it's Friday. Absolutely shattered, definitely going to be in bed early tonight!

I'm going to pop to Mr S soon as I've got a £6 off £30 spend so that's a good one to use :) just need to write my shopping list and then I'm going to get off.

Since I got home I've been fiddling with a spreadsheet - I've tried to do a forecast of our finances for 2013 to see where and what we could achieve during the year (slightly early, I realise!) and it's made me ponder a lot of things to do with the future in general.

    Gosh, I'm a sad 25 year old... :o
