Today was a training day - went okay :) the madness begins tomorrow when all the kids are back!

Spent £2.70 posting a parcel, so unavoidable but at least it was a small spend. I'm hoping for NSDs for the rest of the week :)

So, had a much needed NSD yesterday, but arrived home to find no phone line nor internet! DH rang the company we're with and they don't really understand why, so they are going to try and see if it's at the exchange first, but if not, then we'll have to organise for them to come to the house - and we all know how awkward that can be to arrange! Sigh.

Hoping for another NSD today - don't need petrol or anything and I've bought my lunch in with, as per usual.

I got sent an email yesterday with some quotes from solicitors that I'd enquired about and  the stamp duty adds quite a bit on and then there's lots of other things, so September has to be a low spend month, so that we can afford to pay all of that.

Oh well, here's to another busy day!

Do you have to pay stamp duty as FTBs? We paid about £2k in fees altogether when we bought our place - it all adds up!

Yesterday was a NSD for me and today is going to be one too :) brought my lunch with me and don't need anything, so :j there.

The internet and phone line still weren't working yesterday - hopefully it'll be sorted by the end of today, but if they can't do it from the exchange, then we'll have to organise a house visit which will be a faff. So fingers crossed!

Today's going to be a busy day - at least it'll go fast I suppose :)
