Wow, you are soo organized SF...well done. So exciting about your house hunting!!! :j:j

I really need to get back to a more organized life too...been bit chaotic here lately.
Going to get a bit more chaotic as DS1 is back home on Saturday for 3 (4?) weeks...as I use his room as a craft room/office, I need to move things out of here soon!!

Been doing paid work @ home today, as well as making fruit loaves and having bread on the go. Think it has proved enough times now, so need to get the dough into the loaf tins....busy, busy as usual!

Have a great week, and enjoy looking round lots of houses x :D

All sounding great..regarding the mortgage you may be best placed to go to a whole of market mortgage broker(not in estate agents) as they will take all your wishes in to account and find the right product for you

    Hi SF and Everyone

    Exciting news re. househunting :D

I overspent with the holiday too - in some ways it couldn't be helped as it was a bit dearer there than we had been lead to believe but not worrying about that as we had an amazing time too :)

I've been a bit cheeky, but I've managed to make up the house deposit savings to £20k which means I've reached the second target :j :j :j

It does mean that September might be pretty tight, but I don't care! :D haha!! :j :j :j

    Thank you :D

The house we went to see today was absolutely perfect - both me and DH said as soon as we'd left that we want to live there! :j :j so, lots of things to talk about this evening and then we'll decide:)
