Not a lot happening today I don't think so I might manage to get some jobs done. I need to look at some work stuff too. Didn't get back from my parent's until 9.30 last night so nothing else was done then.

    Have a good day all

I'm only able to try and keep up with flylady because I'm retired - children have flown the nest and there's only me and OH at home - up until now I have never experienced the joy of a tidy home - and I'm loving it - although I never regret the time spent with the children when they were young - except that it wasn't long enough.

Thank you for sharing this and I hope those with little ones read it. I did very little housework when any of mine were below school age. We did have a cleaner for a couple of hours a week and it was the best money we spent at that time.
Finally managed to wash all bedding and put it on the shared washing line outside as it was gaily its a good job i went and bought hurricane pegs lol but was dry within 2 hrs lol

I've never heard of these, some ladies will have peg envy, where is TAG?:rotfl:

MrsChaos, well done on shifting your outlook in the way that Hex and I did, it really makes a difference to how you feel a lot of the time. That doesn't mean there are not days when there is a tad of resentment.

Our paint arrived so our bathroom is now 'breakfast room green' after being totally white for 10 years. We all really like it:T Second coat needed today.

I'm going to get on with some bits on here whilst it is quite. DS3 has a squash match later
Ski Sunday and Dancing on Ice both back on tv today so I'll be clearing my ironing basket at that time :j

Thanks Dusty for replying, still not much further and can't ring my provider until Monday but I'm monitoring all day to see what it does. It's not used anything overnight. Wish I'd been monitoring it more closely now. I'll be on meter watch all day trying to suss it out. A few people have said it's below average when other topics have said it's double the average. Non winter just hot water days we use 7-8

So far washer load, dryer load, dogs fed, kitchen mopped, coffee drank, gibble from sofa thrown in a box before it ends up all over the floor again
One day I might be more organised...........

Morning all, well i've slept in again..... Kids have missed Sunday school but we're going to go to church instead. I am really going to have to sort this out..:o

MrsChaos I'm glad to hear your OH is improving. I'm very much about the positive thinking this year too. I'm too tired to be angry all the time.

Right i better go load the dw and get the kids ready. I'll bring them all except Rhys who just wouldn't sit down. I'm really going to have to find a way in controlling that boy. His temper is out of control at the minute and he continues to waken dueing the night. If he's not screaming because he hasn't got his own way then he's throwing things and hitting. I just don't know what to do with him and i don't remember the rest ever being such hard work..:(
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
