    Evening all

Happy Birthday to Quillion and lil_me's DS!

Hospital appt after work, then home to start tea and clean the suite. at the stuff I found! Said suite was collected at 6pm, so DH and I ate tea from trays on the floor (DR table full of stuff from LR :o) I've done something unpleasant to my back, so I've spent the time since then on our bed, browsing/napping/doing internet stuff. Can't cope being downstairs without anything to sit on. Fortunately the new suite is coming on Friday. Going to update lists quickly, then time to sleep.
I may not have to cook tomorrow - OH is planning something. :T
ETA Have to clear up kitchen from tea still. Don't want to OH to have an excuse.

Meadowhall meet Wed 15th Feb - so far I've had confirmations from froddy, mummyyof5, maxonian, juliejim, cally_c, ashia (possibly), snowgo (and CY?). :D Please remember to send pm rather than post on the thread - I don't keep up with it during term time. :(
  • Have whizzed around kitchen again today. Still not got any worse - but not that much better, either, as there is now a pile of clean washing to be found homes.

    WM x1

    Vacuumed.

Twisted fairy lights around top banister rail thingy as the landing light doesn't reach there, so it always looks dark.

Christmas decorations all gone :j: I have a clean living room at last! Well, one where three minihotspots (so slightly warmspots, really :)) could be done if I could be bothered and there needs to be some serious dusting.

And finally, I got to practice some bass.

If anyone is wondering why exactly I am up at such a ridiculous hour, the Ninja [strike]!!!!!!![/strike] kitten is bouncing around as though he's on amphetamine sulphate. He is extremely lucky I am a patient person, as a tennis racket to the behind is extremely tempting right now. Or dropping an anvil on his head. Instead, the other cats are hissing and lashing out at him as he tries to pounce on their sleepy highnesses. And trying to play ping pong with the blind cords, trying to climb the slats and scratch the futon back, eat my bass lead and claw the strap.

The latter, of course, has resulted in him being chased out of the room.

He is already back, now murdering my trainers by the front door.

    Morning

Really windy here today, dont envy DH in his job today as could get nasty. Am just munching breakfast then its getting ready for work, finishing early to go for blood test (at least 3 months overdue) then to Dr's for B12 injection (10 weeks overdue). I've not been very good at keeping on top of health issues lately, when I feel ok I forget to take meds and then being as busy as I have over the last few months I have let things slip as well, consultant not going to be too impressed with me next week :o.

Right work then, hopefully catch you later this evening

  • morning from the windy south - and a panel down, more are wonky ....deep joy!

School run through village lanes - hopefully open! See you laters,
