I decided to go through my old cd's to work out what I want to keep while I was cleaning upstairs. So I put a cd on and started cleaning the bathroom . . . .

By the time the cd had finished I'd cleaned the whole room!!:eek:
    Everything!! Windows, tiles, walls!!

What have you lot done to me?? I have never got that far! The only things left to do are the top of the cupboard, shower rail, top of the door frame and top of the door cos I need to stand on a chair for them :)

The only down side . . . . I decided to keep the cd :D well you can't have everything :p

Wendywitch clearly that CD MUST be kept - it's exactly the right bathroom cleaning motivaotr/time measurer you need...and HOW GOOD do you feel?

(When I first started Flylady I cleaned and tidied and straightened the cupboard-under-the-sink and I kept goping back in an LOOKING, admiringly, at how neat and cleean it was, for DAYS :rotfl:)

rain's stopped so I'm going to the car spares place...

Down to my last £5.20 now until next week. :( And it would have to be the one month where maintenance, despite his being paid at least 10 days early, is already 5 days late and very often, never shows up at all.

I know how you feel I have £10.37 in the bank 'til next week :( I've been lucky the end of last month and DD1's csa came  on time and everything!
DD2's money comes straight from her dad but haven't had anything for a while. He's a self employer fisherman so obviously hasn't been working cos of the weather :( I would rather he didn't go out and kill himself :A He has spent alot of time with the girls and has been helping me with the car etc so I won't complain . . . yet ;)

Thank you Quillion I've pinched the recipe, not that I have any apples at the mo :(

WM unloaded and put on airer, stuff that wouldn't fit is in the TD. Cold drink drunk and another cd selected so back off upstairs :)

Why do the flipping Christmas trees never fit back in the boxes!!!!

2 trees undecorated, 1 forced into box and taped up, having trouble with the bigger tree, I can't get the middle section from the bottom and the top almost fills the box already!!!

Jeans in td for work...hope they dry in time.....ok, I have about 20 mins left before I have to get changed and make a move so going to put the 1 tree and decs back in the attic and if I have time, I'll have another fight with the tree!!!!

eta..rant....some people!!! scrap blokes just come down the street and started shouting and swearing over their loud speaker as there was a small van blocking the road....it was the meals on wheels van!!! They are really starting to bug me now!!! Oh and there goes a second one, ggrrr!! shut up!!!

    Tidied everywhere
    S&S shower and bathroom
Gave the AGA a 20 minutes clean
    Polished the granite
Caught up with friend (well part 1 anyhow)

Time for a cuppa and HHP then lunch and heading out to do some chores. I may get to dust the bedrooms later, I'll see how the time pans out.

:rotfl: sorry Tooch I shouldn't laugh. We did well with ours; it's the first time we've had a tree, as I never knew where to put one, so we got a 20" high, less than 12" diameter jobbie. It didn't come in a box; but luckily we kept the big box the dehumidifier comes in, and not only does the tree sit nicely in this (it doesn't fold down iyswim) but there's room for the plastic box with most of the decs in at the bottom of the Ebac box, then the tree stands on that, and the other bags of bits pack in round the sides; so everything's all in one place.

A-ha! Bedroom today, is it? I've had a lookie at the List, and all bar the dusting is done this week; Mr LW was an absolute star at the weekend, helping me get ahead of the Flying as my shoulder is still so bad. Even if he makes the occasional error (see comment re socks) I can't complain, because he never does, no matter what I ask him to do.:A:A:A

Here's how we stand at present; I shall have a bit of lunch (not hungry, but I have to eat, I guess) while I see what emails I have, then set forth armed with duster and polish.:o
