I'm not on Facebook so I can't join
I love buying baby stuff too
Just popped into town as a sports direct has just opened. WOW!! It is so much cheaper then other sports shops, managed to get ds2 a really nice pair of Adidas trainers for £12, ds1 a hoodie for £8 and a Nike drawstring bag for swimming for £2.50. Think DP wants to go at the weekend to look at the trainers.
Really need to do the online shopping as our cupboards are bare!
Good luck for tomorrow mozzy.

Sammie welcome back, hope the boys give you some peace today
Snowsuits vs coats.....I'd much prefer coats, as nutella said you can use a muff on the pushchair etc. plus my boy is no good in all in ones, he outgrows them in length wayyyyy before he outgrows them in width.....but MIL has gone and bought him one anyway, even though when she first offered I said thank you but I'd prefer something else because it won't fit him long enough.....doh! she thinks i let him go cold because in the car he has a coat on and blanket on bottom half, but when I carry him from the car to her house I leave the blanket in the car, so she always moans he has cold legs, as obviously I must be lying when I say he has a blanket on in the car *sigh* (and never mind the hat and mittens too!)
Lol my mil and my mum constantly tell me to pu more layers on Niall, he would roast if I listened to them. Niall has a snow suit cos mil brought him one, it's quite big lengthways so hope I will last the winter.:jMarried 16/07/2010, ds1 born 11/08/12, baby due 08/05/20150 -

Well done Nutella!!
Thank you - I'm back at my pre-pregnancy weight now! And well done Mozzy!I noticed you've upped your target - I may well end up doing the same, I think I need to lose 20kg rather than 15... I've got a fab pair of jeans that I bought in a charity shop even though they were too small - when I fit into those, I'm done

Niall slept for 4 hours last night woo hoo, he used to do this all the time but the last few weeks his sleep has got worse. I fed him and got him to sleep again but he woke after 45mind, got him to sleep again and he woke after 20 mins:( dh the took him downstairs and put him in the sling so I got another hour in bed. I dont know what's happened I hope we gt back to him sleeping 4-6 hours.
Katie I get hardly anything done in the day, Niall will have a 45 min sleep in bouncer, his next sleep he has in the baby sling Or sometimes the buggy.....he jut doesn't want to b put down to sleep, I am hoping this improves.
Going to start putting him down when he is sleepy and hope he learns to self soothe. When did other peoples baby's learn this?

Katie, I now have an e-mail from Sainsbury's - says the 25% offer is on until Monday
Went to get my LO weighed today too - 18 lbs 4 oz! :eek:0 -
Good luck for the appt mozzy
Aiden is doing well thanks.
Sammie, Im not on facebook eitherwe have a sports direct-theyre great!
Spent £30 in sainsburys...oops!! Would have got more but some things were not in his size. I have my eye on a fleecy sleepsuit, does anyone have one? Do you use it with a sleeping bag too?
Got my little porker weighed too...21lb exactly! Although he has dropped to the 75th centile now. HV said he is doing great though, asked about his eating as I was concerned he was eating too little, she said he is thriving so not to worry but should aim for a portion of food the size of a weetabix, maybe one and a half weetabix. I think he perhaps has 3\4 that size so not bad at all.
Think we might order some of his presents tonight from boots.com with all my points!xLittle Man born 11 March 2012 :smileyhea

Aiden did this too...used to wail if I put him down, I think he was about 4months when he was getting better. I used to put him down on the mat or something when he was happy and sit close to him talking or singing and he was okay, I may have introduced him to mickey mouse clubhouse at that age tooI owe alot to mickey mouse!
It is tough, I used to get very little done too so know how you feel but he will get better
Does he have a cot with a mobile? Aiden used to lie staring at his if it was on and I could put some ironing away or something xLittle Man born 11 March 2012 :smileyhea
