Yeah you spelt it right :) she is not doing too bad thanks, she was born with a hole in her neck that got infected at 3 weeks old, she got mrsa and a staphylococcal skin infection under her arms and in her belly button. She suffers terribly with colic and only has a poo once a week which causes her immense pain, been referred to hospital for it today. Been out on special milk due to intolerance, but they are not sure, she brings most feeds back up. Will continue with the baby rice then, thanks.

Why is Aaron on the milk?

It's all rompers/dungaree type things in 6-9 months and they are big, if he's not going to be in 6-9 for a few weeks, I'd say probably not going to be of use really, especially since we seem to be having no summer. They're short sleeved and very short legged lol xx

Yeah prob not for us then :) x

She may need a different milk, we're on a milk similar to Neocate, and we needed it, he has a cows milk protein intolerance (CMPI) we were lucky we got it sorted at 6 weeks. If he has anything at all with normal cows milk in, he's sick. What you're saying to me sounds like something is wrong with her gut, so I'd keep going back, she may just need the more broken down milk, the milk we have is made with amino acids, there is no dairy in it at all. x

Lol. Must be that we prefer clothes for what you dont have then :)

Probably true! I think the issue I have with girls' clothes is that it feels like you're making a statement with whatever you buy. It's either overly cute and pink and sparkly or it's tomboy-ish. I try to find things that are somewhere in the middle, e.g. she has a navy blue dress, a yellow dress, a white and navy blue stripy jumper with red bows on it etc.

I love boys stuff and could spend a fortune on him lol, but I always have a little 'ahh thats cute' moment at the girly bits. See what you mean though as it does seem one extreme to the other with girls either super girly pinks or very tomboy ish x

    Quiet here this morn.

Aiden slept 8-630 :) so he has already had a morning nap.

I think the girls clothes are lovely too. We went round a car boot sale the other week and there were some gorgeous girls clothes there at 10p each. I was almost tempted to get some anyway, just in case!

I've not been about much as my cold has now been going on for over a week and a half. Very unhelpful nurse yesterday told me to go back on Friday if I'm no better and might get antibiotics then - which would hopefully mean they were prescribing as there is something else besides a cold, and not just that they would give me something that doesn't work against a virus in the hope that I'd go away....

At least I had a slightly better night last night. Only one coughing session! Elliot is sleeping better than I am.

He keeps being an awkward boy about breastfeeding now. Fine overnight, but during the day yesterday I only got a few feeds into him. By the evening he was clearly hungry but screaming when i tried to bf, or having a few sucks then screaming, and tugging at his hair at the same time. I managed to express about an oz, which he happily drank from the bottle, then had to defrost some more expressed milk for him, he got through about 4 oz in the end. Yet today he seems fine and so far is bf'ing with no complaints. Aargh, babies are confusing.

Yeah - we have a lot of denim pinafores with bright coloured tops underneath, and wear a lot of red - she's got a fair bit of pink (generally bought by other people) but I refuse to have her in that 100% of the time - and I HATE the "little princess and diva" or "I love shopping and shoes" type slogan stuff.

My big beef is with the Disney stuff - why oh why do the boys always get the cool stuff with Tigger on but the girls get that drip Piglet?!
