Aw thanks sunshine, I think he's pretty awesome too but I'm just a little bit biased ;). Bt seriously, I think we've been very lucky with him so far, just hope it continues!

Sounds like a lovely morning janninew! Boo to doing something productive this afternoon, stay snuggled up with Poppy!

Ps I've managed to delete the formatting on the list I'm afraid, hopefully someone cleverer than me will be able to fix it

Fab morning janine!! Hope you enjoyed your book.

Does anyone have any tips how to get rid of baby tummy?! I think I've lost all the weight I put on, but I have a kind of saggy bit of tummy - I'm too tight to go to the gym haha and the weather here is pretty pants. I just need to tone up really. And I have some stretch marks too :( boo.

Really need to go and tidy up lol....

Just out of interest what milestones have other babies met yet? My Doctor classes Poppy as being just over 4 months, not her actual age of 7 months for her developmental milestones! She isn't sitting up yet and hasn't rolled over. She is trying to sit up and she has a very steady head. I'm sure she is going to be an early talker though as she babbles loads and sometimes it sounds like she is talking! :rotfl:

I'm loving my book, its addictive!!

No tips I'm afraid, well done on the losing the weight though! Do you have Sky, I think they have a fitness channel which has different exercises on, might be worth a look and its free! I was lucky that I didn't put on hardly any weight and got no stretchmarks (the only plus to having a prem baby!) The pic below was taken 4 days before I had Poppy, I was just starting to love my little bump when it was taken away. :(

Think I need to do tidying up as well, I'm not even dressed yet!

Yay, did the list! Thanks jannine for knowing how to do a girl icon so I could cut and paste!!

We're really enjoying weaning, seeing her little face when she tastes stuff! There've been some very screwed up unhappy faces and then the stuff gets pushed back out, but mostly it's one screwed up while she decides and then on with nomming! We're doing BLW, sort of, as she is having proper solids and they are definitely going in (I shall not go into how I know this!) but we have to help her a bit with holding some things, and giving her puree on spoons partly with her holding the spoon and partly us. The main thing is that we have decided not to feed her, ie. post it in, just letting her slurp up or suck or nibble things if she wants, but she does take quite a bit on board. The spoon control needs some work...!

I can't help with the belly either. Mine is utterly out of control and has plenty of lines on it although they have faded. I've lost over a stone since I had gnomie (on top of baby weight) but wasn't slim before and not likely to be for some time to come if ever.

I've done no housework today and probably should. I haven't even got the nappies in the wash yet and I really should.

Gnomie is in her jumperoo at the moment, bouncing and squealing, then getting sucked in by the tv. Probably a good time to do some tidying before she gets bored!!

Glad isnt just me with a jelly belly :( I dont have Sky Janine - we have virgin and I just checked and that channel is just for Sky...boohoo.

Never mind, might start doing some sit ups in the mornings...although I am rubbish with willpower.

Glad weaning is going well Crabapple!! I like your techniques, I might adopt that by letting him hold the spoons etc and doing his own thing...good job I have laminate floor I thinks.

Janine - Aiden is 4 months on July 11th - he has just started to roll ove onto his tummy but only done it about 4 times, he has a fairly strong head and tries to lift it up sometimes and hes just found his voice! Although he is quite a big baby, prob nearly 16lbs I think. Poppy sounds like she is doing amazing.
