Hi, hope you don't mind me popping in quickly with a question before I 'join' this thread properly
I used to post on the pregnancy thread and have been trying to post on here since November but never have time!
Can anyone tell me if the nasal aspirators are any good? I'm looking at this one:

Trying to order it quickly while I have some time to myself! Thanks in advance:j:T Gorgeous twin girls born 1st Nov 2012 :T:j0 -

Personally I feel a nasal aspirator is one of those things that the baby marketing men would have you believe you need when in fact you need nothing of the sort. Babies have survived millennia without their mothers having to squirt air up their noses left, right and chelsea
You're having twins aren't you, cake? Exciting!"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -

My daughters little boy is a snot monster and we got him THIS ONE and my daughter said it is wonderful, my sister had one for my niece too who got very stuffed up as a tiny baby. I've never used one for any of mine but I have only heard good things from those who have.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
We have the 4littleones one. If you don't get grossed out by the thought of sucking your babies snot out it worked fine for us. He isn't overly snotty so it done the job but if he was I'd go for the electric one pp mentionedThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0

He used to just have them dry but lost interest in that so I break one into 4 so its easier to manage and splash a drop of blue top milk (so its damp but still holds its shape) on a quarter at a time and just bung it on his tray - gone in seconds, on a normal day he'll have one and a half without blinking.

Just fed Freddie and put him on the floor for a bit of tummy time with his toys. Turned round to see he's done a bit of vom, and is licking it up.
