    Morning :hello:

Well done on the selling :j Keep at it and that 1026 won't take long at all ;)

What make of breadmaker have you got?
Have you seen this post Complete Breadmaking Collection There's some recipes in there I want to try out.
When I had my old BM (that I sold because I didn't use it much :o) I used to make a nice cinnamon & sultana bread

    1¼ cup lukewarm water
    3 tablespoons milk powder
    3 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons runny honey
    ½ teaspoon salt
    1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups of strong bread flour
1 ½ teaspoon fast action yeast
5/8 cup of sultanas (added when it beeps)

Cook on basic bread setting - makes a large loaf I think (approx 1 1/2lbs)

    Have a lovely day xx

Morning All - Well its Friday :j and double :j:j it is a Bank Holiday weekend.
Whilst I try not to get too depressed ( so much I could be doing but I have no money to do it) I am focussing on the fact I have an extra day to get some items on ebay - AND hopefully there will be more people off looking at ebay - cos the weather is bound to be BH weather :rotfl:
Anyway have in-laws over this weekend, which will be nice.

Made another £100 from ebay sales over the week - so as soon as thats transferred from PP - that will be another little bit gone:T.

Anyway work beckons see you all later xx
