The poor wee baby, and all of you, it is so horrible when you cannot do anything for a child in pain. I hope the Dr helps quickly. Good news on the pointing though.

Hello all! Sorry for radio silence, been extremely hectic.

The good news is after near weekly sessions of oesteopathy (thanks Courgette for suggestion), and growing up a bit (3 months tomorrow!) little DD is now much better with her reflux. She's still sick at times but its not bothering her like it was. She fell asleep on her own last night for the first time EVER! It feels like a massive weight is lifting already and I seem to be getting more energy to tackle the things I was 'stuck' on. I also had my first osteopathy session for myself yesterday, there seems to be some structural reasons contributing to my frequent headaches, so not sure if that has helped move me on too.

This morning I finally sorted out my FD account - had been forced into getting a digital key 2 months back but set up hadn't been straightforward so I'd given up. The good news is that I've now tackled the OP backlog and made an OP of £2492.02 :j! Just a few pounds shy of £12K, so on target to pay off £15K this year.

The repointing begins next Monday too, so that'll be off the list, and we have enough in savings to cover without dipping below our £10K cushion :D.

How lovely to see you and to hear that things are settling down. Those overpayments are BRILLIANT.

So glad the reflux is settling. My DS had reflux and dropped 2 centiles despite being permanently attached to the breast! Awesome OP's too. I have that secure key but always sign I'm without it. I'm really hoping I can amend my OP standing order without it as have no idea where it is. Tbh as much as i like FD, the website drives me mad!

Yup, by all means sign in without it! hell you can even transfer money out. But want to send us a message - nope, secure key please :rotfl:. Crazy
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

  • Well done on the OP mw and great that little one is now feeling better- how tiring for you all ...

Great OP target for the year you are doing great with that especially managing 3 little ones at the same time! xx
  • Quick dash in - OPed £1200 or thereabouts today!

All repointing finished - looks AMAZING!! Money transferred - the price included scaffolding (tower) and VAT, so wasn't quite as bad as I thought. So glad it's off the list. He's relooking at quote for front, so that still might happen. About to recommend him on local fb site, he was a lovely guy and easy to have round too.

Toddler ill and we fly to California on Thursday. Yikes!!
