Just to let you all know, our little girl arrived about 5.5 hours after last post! A safe and swift delivery. She's 3 weeks now and adorable. We're all shattered as she's had tongue tie and reflux, so she's quite unsettled. OH has had his paternity and back to work tomorrow, I will miss him terribly and a bit nervous about coping with the kids on my own.
DD is on a school transition camp which is free (incl. packed lunch) for 2 weeks, so hoping she'll have a great time.
DS will be at nursery one day a week - more if I struggle.
First quote back for repointing - £2.2K + VAT which sounds like a lot to me! Have 2 more builders I WILL CALL this week to get other prices.Mortgage [STRIKE]16/03/2011: £190K 01/01/2017: £107,729.65 [/STRIKE] 01/07/2017: £95,979.89

Many congratulations MW, I a so pleased that all went well. Builders .......................but pointing is a horrible and time consuming job I think that ,sadly, £2kish is probably not too bad. I hope that you get a better quote.0
