Asset – what a terrible story about the theft and the bullying. I do think that the theft should be reported. What kind of lowlife does something like that?

Weesmiler, I totally agree the pump is awful it makes it so difficult to get any cream out
I have quite a few LE products but really hate the packaging. I like to have an idea of how much is in there so that I know what needs to be replaced *cough, cough*.
A UU and an OUT here:
Sanctuary body wash 250ml - lovely product, gorgeous scent, have another 250ml and a few minis in the stash!
Aldi bar of soap - WNBA - one of the few disappointing purchases made in Aldi, it didn't lather at all and so it's been binned.

I have some ins today. I managed to get 2x 500ml spray sun creams 50+ and 30, 2x facial sun cream 50 and 25 and 2x after sun with aloe. These were all on sale and I paid with points. They should have been (sale price) £4, £4, £5, £5, £2, £2 but I used 1300 points to pay for it. Seems like all of the soltan stuff was on a promotion of some sort.
I don't feel guilty about these because we'll need them for our trip to Florida and I spent no cash on them
That's very :money: Kaz especially as you have a holiday booked ready. When do you go? I love Florida. We were there last October and it was the best trip ever for us. Not sure that we are going to return for a long time though.I have quite a few LE products but really hate the packaging. There is a way to get into the C&P pumps if this is what you are referring to. Takes brute force but there is a way! I thought that most of LE's packaging was tubes - has this changed? Heads up for any LE fans there is a QVC TSV coming up at the beginning of Feb and rumour has it it contains mostly haircare.
I have had no UUs this week although things are spluttering away. No INS either. The only thing I bought yesterday was some Yankee Candle tealight boxes (Christmas fragrances). It would have been rude not to as they were reduced to £2.00 each. Bought 3 of them which was the equivalent price of one box and these have been put away for next Christmas
We are going to local shopping centre today to get some new jeans for MrM to wear for work. There is a Boots there and I feel I must look in!Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

uk_american Thank you for posting
You should pop in to let us know if the rate the minis are breeding at decreases!
I had a NPI with the philosophy sets again Absinthe. I did resist, but my Dad was with me and paid for it, I did (slightly) resist, but he wasn't taking no for an answerI got Fun in the Frosty air, but may split with sisters to get one each. Also, as per on a grabbit thread, I tried to use the voucher from magazine, but SA said no. However, she didn't scan it, she was pressing things on screen so could have been doing anything. The grabbit post clearly said it worked on sale items. The SA did look like one of the difficult ones tbh, she read the voucher & I said my sister had used it on sale purchase, but no go
I was leaving it when my Dad stepped in. He's my hero
He's got a Boots card too now, and I always explain to him about using the vouchers with purchases to get a good dealHe was well chuffed when he got over 500pts in one transaction using mailings vouchers
At least we were shopping for my Mum & he's not (yet?) a toiletries/MrB addict like his DD3!! :rotfl::rotfl:

we decide to decorate our bedroom after 20 years:eek:and chose a design from the new Laura Ashley brouchure, was shocked to see the bedlinen, fabric and curtains were actually half price online!!!BUT was somewhat annoyed to see the ready made curtains were only in eau de nil and the duvet sets in duck egg:mad::mad::mad::mad:I could make the curtains as the fabric is also half price BUT with a 90 cm repeat they would cost twice the price as ready made!!!!and also the swatch ordering is not working:mad:DH said go to town and look at the colours but then would not get quidco and if I did get the curtains what would I buy for the bedding!!!!.....maybe I should forget it all:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:we have had blue walls for years and eau de nil would be a nice change...why is life never simple??0 -
Since posting earlier I have UUed a splutterer: 50ml pot of Boots Extracts Cocoa Butter. I got most of my body covered in it. Went to my stash to get another 50ml pot out but decided to use a 200ml TBS Coconut body butter instead as I've had this longer. Applied this to my right arm and the difference is so noticeable. Whilst I love the texture of the Boots ones my right arm feels more moisturised as the TBS one did not absorb straight away. The TBS Coconut's fragrance has lasted longer as well. Went into my spreadsheet (see you are all getting me organised) and have noticed that I have gone through 2 of the 50ml pots of Boots Cocoa butter this month which is hardly :money: so I don't think I'll buy the Boots ones again. Do have the pack of 5 I got for Christmas to get through and then will not repurchase. Shame as it's a lovely product.
Have repainted my nails. Ended up painting them twice yesterday as I didn't like the colour I applied at first - Sephora by OPI I Don't Bite. Shame as it looked lovely in the bottle but applied in a very sheer coating and looked washed out.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Pot 1 to 4 = £261. Pot 5=£23

I may yet go back and change the two facial sun creams I bought because I think I can get some non sale items for cheaper than I got the sale items for (IYGWIM?). Can anyone advise what type is the best though? I want to be able to wear make up whilst we are out there and don't want to be some sweaty shiny blob all the time either.
We go mid August so it's going to be hot hot hot! Hence the factor 50+
Gotta go and get dressed now DH keeps nagging me!

I find that very true for SOPI polishes. I have "only gold for me" which is a great topcoat and 212, which is (in my opinion) the best colour from the SOPI range, but honestly I wouldn't buy anything else from that nail range. No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries Challenge

I'm annoyed as I got 3 unexpected INS this morning. Well I bought something for my mother in law from the boots 75% sale, and it was the royal jelly large bath & body set....well I gave it to her and she told me she didn't want 3 of them items, ugh, so now I have them. I'm immediately regifting one of them inside a birthday hamper, so it leaves me with 2 INS today:
Boots royal jelly pure honey hand and nail cream
Boots royal jelly pure honey bath crystals.
Luckily they are both deluxe travel sizes.
Time to go up edit my collection ugh!No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries Challenge
