I think i may have to join this thread in Febuary. I have read some of it (will read it all later hopefully). I have a huge stash of smellies and nail polishes (though not sure i will list the latter). Got brought lots for crimbo and would really like to start making my own stuff where possible. I am a bit of a body shop/lush/Qvc addict and I am already working on this for 2012 so having more motiavtion would be good. I have a lot of make-up yet rarely ever have time to wear it which means I am literally throwing money away which i certainly can't afford. I will make my list to be all prepared for Febuary 1st.Success means having to worry about every thing in the world......EXCEPT MONEY. Johnny Cash

How do people organise their spread sheets? I want to make one but can't decide on layout. New page for each category? Do you put prices in as well so you can keep tabs on your in spends? I'm a statistician so the possibilities are geekily exciting and endless when it comes to documenting progress!!
I have two shampoos, two cleansers and an olay beauty fluid that are soooo close to finished. I want some more UUs! One IN today, I finally after months and months of lusting, bought the Bobbi Brown Sand Tortoise Shell Palette off ebay. I only ever wear neutral eyeshadows and have blue eyes so I really can't wait to get it, and I love tortoise shell!Living cheap in central London :rotfl:0 -
UU: TBS candied ginger body lotion: got this for £1 in a Body Shop promotion before Christmas. Not bad but I prefer other scents. Still, can't complain for £1! Also UU an overnight hand cream from Superdrug WNBA as have had it since my first year of uni, ie about 6 1\2 years, so clearly don't need it too much! Still have my 4 hand creams to go. Splutterer: imperial leather bubble bath rice milk and passion flower, one use left. Love the iridescent purple colour but not particularly strongly scented. WBA probably if there was a promotion on (which there normally is!)Goals for 2012: finish course; get job; new pet; ring; house; car; holiday; learn to knit; size 10; finish '50 books to read before July 18': 17/50 ; savings account: £2450.68/£6000; improve my French and German.... how many can I achieve?!No buying unnecessary toiletries 2012. UU: 8/160

I have a few more UU's
Mitchum deodrant WBA but have atleast 3 more.
Lush bath bomb, can't remember name was released last year in celebration of the royal wedding,WNBA (not that it will ever be available again.) Lovely scent but so full of glitter, as still covered even though I showered of afterwards and trying to get rid of the glitter from the bath has taken ages and I can still see some. Have 1 more of these and am going to crush it and use as air freshener as their is no way I'm going to bath in it again.
So white bath ballisitc WBA still have 16 more to go but these are one of my favourites, lovely apple scent and take ages to disolve.
So white soap from last Christmas WBA love the scent but has been discontinued.
1 gingerbread house bubble bar WBA love this with so white.
Bohemian soap (lush) WBA but have way too much soap so am not allowed to buy anymore.
No 7 day cream trial size WBA works well on my skin
I have reorganised my stuff but have way too much I have actually counted my lush bubble bars and ballistics and combined I have 135 and just over 7KG of lush soap. I have to stop buying and actually use it all up and then only buy what I need.0 -
I have some GAs,
elemis melting cleansing gel WNBA - i had a bad reaction to this and my skin is still not better. improved minute i stopped it and went back on LE. if you have acne prone skin don't go anywhere near this!
kehils lip balm WNBA - this is just glorified vaseline. not worth the money and i don't like petrolatum so its gone.
Benefit erase paste mini pot HG but i need shade 1 and this one was 2. got it in a set from the US. tried to make it work and its just too dark so GA.
did i declare my Acorelle perfume UU? if i didn't i WNBA, not my kind of scent. For those of you who go to Sephora in the USA, does it do the same stuff as Sephora on the continent? I was a regular visitor to the one in Rennes when I lived in France, absolutely loved their own brand make up.... never did buy the more expensive stuff although there was a lot there.
the sets are different - i looked on the french one and they don't seem to have the value sets that the US does and its €15 delivery too.How do people organise their spread sheets? I want to make one but can't decide on layout. New page for each category? Do you put prices in as well so you can keep tabs on your in spends? i have one sheet for the stash with tables for make up, toiletries, nails, palettes, perfume and my stash of minis from hotels.
then i have a sheet for the IN/UU/GA and I've set up a table to show the net change per month and total change with a nice graph.
I'm doing another sheet to list all the UU/GA individually so i can keep track of what I've counted.0 -

Back from a long awaited weekend by the sea:) only sad we had to drove back up the M5:( UU a couple of soaps before I left, so another £2 in the pot. So much soap and I'm not keen on soap so def WNBA.Debt free and busy treating myself:)
No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales0 -
I was so excited to have a UU yesterday - a L'Occitane immortelle eye cream (rubbish, WNBA) but was dismayed when having a bath last night (complete with a G&T) to notice a decorative milk churn which has been sitting on the shelf behind for about 3 years.
Anyway I opened it and I now have INS - 4 soaps, 1 body scrub, 1 body butter and a bath soak. Oh, and a body brush and puff thing.
One step forward and 2 back!!0
