I started reading an hour ago! It was like this last January too, but I hope some of our lovely newbies and returners will hang around for the duration. What a thread this is.

Asset, you've been a smart cookie in sending the bullying emails to yourself and I'm glad there are some fundamentally decent people at your work, the security guys/gals. Sometimes karma takes a while... Much love and strength to you.

Well, a UU. The 250ml Avon Senses 'Bead Burst' Winter Delight Shower Gel. What a mouthful for what turned out to be an average product. I'd anticipated a deep spicy fruitiness rather like the lovely cinnamon and orange Avon Foot Works foot cream. It smells better in the bottle, very little scent in use. It's perfectly bubbly and pleasant to use and was a bargain at 99p, so I expected a bit too much, but I normally pay around £1 for my Original Source gels and they are wonderful.
    WIBA? Ummm, probably not.

A Wilkinson's Mint & Cucumber shower cream was put out for my son but he refused to use it - cream formulation too feminine perhaps? - so I'm using it. It has a 24 mo use up and can't be more than 8 months old at the most. Seems ok on first use, but nowhere near the minty blast you get with OS, that I love so much. I think it was really cheap, about 89p.

A necessary IN was a new hand wash for the bathroom. Last year all the unloved/dregs of shower gels/bath foams/shower creams/body washes that were vaguely the right colour (clear/yellow/orange/brown) went into that. I used up loads that way.

The mistake was putting in the £12 lemon scented 'Bush Essentials' Australian body wash that was supposed to foam, but didn't.

It overpowered everything with 'the rare scent of lemon myrtle', (i.e. just like bog standard lemon) was runny, and made the colour of what was in there somewhat manky. The bottle, originally Carex Milk and Honey, was also looking a bit worn. Thankfully not much is left now of what is a mix of at least nine different soapy products.

So a new Palmolive 300ml anti-bac. hand wash that was 88p - half price - in Wilko's is IN after my buying literally no bathroom hand wash since Nov 2010.

Thank you everyone for your kind words :) spoke to security todays who thought I should take it further and they'd speak to facilities. I also explained that I don't want to make a fuss because of the bullying so I'll find out on Monday what has happened.
The bullying has beengoing on for a couple of years, 2 yaers ago it got so bad I was off with stress for a couple of months, but its slowl been building and this last few weeks I've been on the receiving end of so much harrasment from this man that I dread going to work and reading my emails to see what he has been saying. (I have been sending all my emails home so that I have a copy). I've spoken to HR and they have been no help, will need to speak to my union rep again. I keep thinking that karma is going to come, but I wish it would hurry up!

Asset 2004, being bullied at work is such an awful feeling. It makes me feels so angry that you are dreading to go into work and that you feel that you had to take time off for stress. It's so unfair. I was in a similar situation in 2010 so I know how awful it can make you feel. It's good that you are keeping a record of the emails received since this is evidence. What about speaking to his line manager or his head/director of department? I resigned from my job and then straight away reported my manager to the head and that person actually ended up losing their job. I had to write a long report and provide copies of all emails. When I reported it, what really made the head listen was the fact that I had already spoken on the phone to a person who was in charge of equal opportunities and who was at a higher grade than my head of department. I also tried to involve HR and I agree with you they were absolutely useless. I thought of approaching Head of HR to say HR was no help at all. Perhaps this is something you can do? Have you considered leaving your work place? This is what I did and since then I have been a temp (at least I could start rebuilding my confidence) but then I am lucky that my OH earns quite well.

Whatever happens my thoughts are with you. Don't let that person make you feel bad about yourself. I kept thinking to myself that I am better than you. I really hope it will all get resolved soon. Please let us know what happens with your situation.

Several UU this week but have forgotten what most of them are.... just little things from hotels but good to get used up just the same.

Super tough week here soo glad it's the weekend. LOVE Saturday mornings and the fact I don't have to see much of them!

Finally used up my Morrisons Cleanser, or as much as I could. I had decanted the dregs into a mini body shop bottle and some of the product just would not come out... had to get a q-tip in there to wipe it off the sides lol. Still, gone now and have washed the bottle to use again for hols!

Enjoy your weekends everyone, I am going out today to the Wetlands Centre in Barnes :) hurray, haven't been out since NY due to work load!!

One UU, and another one imminentely (that I will report now so that I don't have to log on again ;) )

    1) So? perfume: WIBA? It was a present. It's nice enough, although perhaps a little vanilla-heavy. It's inexpensive, so perhaps if I neede some perfume and was a bit strapped for cash.

    2) Sensodyne Pronamel: WIBA? Yes. HG products, thanks to my dentist!

Getting there, slowly but surely: have sorted out the Boots stash and am returning a little bit of it as I'm only keeping what I really need. Go me! :j

P.S. Also have an in of a Dr. Organics Royal Jelly shampoo, but that's not being counted as it will be used as soon as I've finished this one (which has between 1/3 - 1/2 bottle left).

Thanks for some tips on the Ebaying - I need to "just do it" now!!! I am going to look out the items I want to sell and price them to give me a head start on waiting for a free listings day. I am sure I already have a paypal account from years ago - will need to see if I can log in.

    A few more UU's

Listerine Mouth wash - WBA- always use this and have a few left in my stash.

Sure deodorant - WBA - its the no white marks one which I quite like. I am now on to a HB one that was super cheap so will let you know if that works well.

Gucci Guilty Shower gel 100mls - Lovely smell and did lather well. I got quite a few extras when I bought the perfume in the States in Nov but I would not pay the cash to replace it. Now onto my Elle Mac shower gel instead.

    £3 into my pot.

EDIT - Forgot that I also TA Autograph eyebrow pencil - sable which when I used it yesterday was far to dark for my brows. The last time I used this must have been when I regularly tinted my brows which I haven't done now in several years.

so £4 into the pot instead
