Asset - just wanted to second the comment of support, and good luck with getting out of there. What a rotten place to work - both the bullying and the theft.
Adela - you what?! Now I've heard everything!
Have used up a Hand Food hand cream - 2 more in the stash and another at home to go! Good job I like it!Sealed Pot Challenge Number 1225

scrappie making gift sets is a really good idea
itzybitzy no but i find the smell of chamomile toners repulsive! chamomile everything else is lovely, but it seems to smell rank in toners and waters
evilsquid hope your prediction is right, i wouldn't mind any of that stuff!
1 UU for me- Lush bubble bar, a pink and white swirly cone one, no idea of the name. Body Shop cleanser is so close to empty, maybe 1 or 2 more uses? Great but it means I actually need to buy a new creamy cleanser to use with my clarisonic. I have so many gels and thin cleansers but they're no good with it. I tried using aqueous cream for a couple of weeks and the consistency is dead on but it appears to have blocked some pores on my chin? Now when I run my finger over the crease bit of my chin it feels grainy and yuck
I have my last exam in a few hours so it will be inventory time afterwards URGGGGG but at least I know have lots of fabric toiletry bags from Boots 75% off to divide stuff up into.Living cheap in central London :rotfl:0 -
Adelight I may have to buy anyway, DH is switching banks and if he has two Direct Debits on it then Santander will give him £100 and beauty boxes are quick to do and super easy to cancel do glossy box and carmine may be set up for one box and cancelled.
just went into boots to replace my erase paste and powderflage and benefit stopped making powderflage over 12 months ago! aaarrrggghh!!!!!0 -
Happy Friday everyone :j
Asset - That really is a tough one. The blatent thief of your shopping by some one you work with is quite shocking. This says to me that this is certainly not this individual's first time, which makes me think about what they have done in working up to this kind of aducity! It reminds me of some incidents in my work over the years. Including catching someone in a back office raiding a workers purse! I went through the work route for support in dealing with this - internal investigation but then I did have support. Your work sounds very difficult with th lack of support and bullying issues - have you approached the union?
I finally received my freebie hand cream - I am working tonight so I can't get through until tomorrow. I hope it is not OOS.
I also reached my 300 UU milestone last night and I am so excited :T:T . Skin Doctors Blenish stick - Not sure is I WBA - it was okay and cleared up the spots but it is not as good as the Elemis sos. Hhmmm in writing this now WNBA. I have another one to use up.
This is still not 50% of my stash but I am not far off it. I had set a timeframe of the end of Feb to hit this so I am well chuffed. The next milestone will be hitting the 50% mark with is only 2% away.
I am also toying with the idea of selling some things on Ebay but having never done so with the idea terrifing. I have some brand new lipsticks, mascaras that I just won't get around to using. I know that lots of you do this - any pointers? No buying toiletries Graduated May 2017Decluttered 2016 2469 items, 2017 1580 items :j2018 3060 itemsSealed Pot Challenge No 0380 -
Quickly jumping in to declare an unintentional UU: Elizabeth Arden 8 hour lip protection (tinted) it went through the washing machine and tumble drier and has stained most things pink . WIBA?: Not the tinted one no. The colour wasn't good so I've had it for ages as the UU has been a chore.

In addition to being a shoe polish for leather, Po-Zu Edible Shoe Cream is also a delicious ‘all-in-one’ beauty product that can be used as a lip balm, skin moisturiser, hair conditioner, massage oil and cooking oil. You can even spread it on your toast for a nutritious snack.
Yes ladies and jellyspoons, big green smile sell edible shoe polish...
 I had to google it to see what it looked like :rotfl:

I used to sell but not toiletries/cosmetics so can't give you any specific tips for making sure toiletries/cosmetics sell - but in general: Make sure you have a clear picture of your item, try to make your description clear and concise with all relevant info (ie:make sure the size, colour, brand etc are right) and most inportant of all - make use of the free listing weekendsanything under £1 starting price I think is free anyway (can someone confirm this as it's been a while since I've listed) and on free listing weekends it's also free for anything with a starting price of over £1.
You'll need a paypal account and ebay take 10% of the final selling price not including P&P so factor that into your selling price.
Before you list your item search for any others that are listed to see what price they are listed for and use the 'completed listings' search to see what they've sold for in the past. There's no use pricing yourself out of the market but equally you should get what its worth IYKWIM?
Hope that hasn't confused youQuickly jumping in to declare an unintentional UU: Elizabeth Arden 8 hour lip protection (tinted) it went through the washing machine and tumble drier and has stained most things pink .
  oh dear
Still no movers and shakers here - been a slow month0
