    Exciting isnt it =)

itzy sent you a PM =)
  • I have some INs and UUs to report

    UUs
Lush Coco Lotion - It was a LHJ but it's finally finished. WIBA? It's good but I am not keen on the smell. May try the Lush Vanilla one next time.

TBS Peppermint Cooling Footlotion: WIBA? Not even if I get it for free. Smell wise it was okay but didn't really do anything and had started spluttering even when the bottle was more than half ful. It was very difficult to get out and I had to cut open the bottle today to get the last of it out.

Okay INs now (They were all Unintentional)

I went to my local Lush store to check if they have any Lemslip soap left as it's been/ being discontinued and it's my HG. It's the only thing that clears by back acne. They didn't but instead the SA gave me a sample each of their other citrus soaps (Sexy Peel and Bohemian ) without me even asking and I hadn't even bought anything So looking forward to use them pretty soon :j:j
DH went to Boots few days ago as he had to buy his shaving blades. He bought two E45 creams as they were buy one get one half price and I don't even like E45. He has also got rid of the receipt so I can't return them now. I think he need to join this challenge

Off to read all the posts since yesterday now

  • Scrappie - I love that Alpha H cleanser, it's so good at removing makeup and feels really gentle. Does it have any glycolic acid in it though? I had an Avene cleanser that was very similar.

SalesAddict. I had a little sample and loved how it made my hair feel but it seems a bit of a con when it's mostly silicones and a tiny scrap of Maccadamia oil! Also I'm trying out giving my hair a break from silicones to see if it impoves the condition so I'm trying to find a more natural alternative. I'll eport back on how it compares! I've got some pure Maccadamia oil which is loads cheaper about £6/£7 but it's a little bit heavy so i'm using it as a pre-wash treatment.

 Hello to even more newbies - welcome :)

Totally justified Rosemary. You may even need to space two hoildays out one in Oct/Nov and another in Feb as it will still be very dark most of the time.:p
in recent years we have taken two holidays in march and october to get winter sun as it is so good for my psoriasis(plus it is cheaper and quieter which is a bonus)we did do a last minute trip as we had holiday inn points to a place in portugal in july last year that we usually go to off season and love but it was sooooo busy with portuguese holiday makers you could hardly move on the beach(better than loud brits tho:rotfl:)so we won't do that again.
we are hoping to go to the USa to see DS1 in autumn this year tho if finances allow. He is on a great wage so does not understand why we are hesitating and I don't want him to think we are hard up and offer to pay!!!but flights alone are at least £800:eek:we will have to see if we can use hoilday inn points but that means DH being away to earn them:(
  • A UU L'Occitane Fleur Cherie handcream WBA love these handcreams, this was a freebie from a mag last year. This is my first desk UU from work of the year!

Hilton insulted the Bosses wife of my hubbies private company, so they arent allowed to stay there on business anymore. Boo to no more Hilton points! My sister works for Holiday Inn but you cant earn points on your Friends and family price!

Anyway back to the point, I realised I was out of foot cream (well there must be some buried in the stash but...) and you will be very proud of me, using some of my 70 tonnes of hand cream on my feet as well!

  • 2 more UU's:

    Tresemme Naturals Shampoo 900ml
    Tresemme Naturals Conditioner 900ml

WIBA? Maybe, I really liked them but would go for smaller sizes next time, these lasted me 6/7 months!!
  • Does anyone know how Boots are when it comes to returning things without a receipt? Do they give an exchange?
Just wondering as I bought something a few weeks ago and don't have my receipt, but I doubt I'm ever going to use it as I've tried the something else in the same range and hated it :S
