Rosemary, glad you got the 'all clear' and hopefully some time in the sun will make you feel a little better!

Got a splutterer - my 200ml Alpha-H cleanser. I thought I had another one 'in the giant cupboard' but cannot seem to fnd it. Will have to look again tomoro - this time with my eyes open. Sad to say that if I don't find one in there I MUST order one. Been under much stress (home and work) for several months, and it's the only thing that has calmed my skin.

Will keep you updated on the pruchase front

I have another IN (well 3 actually ) Boots have 250pts from ACM when you buy thre dental products, well their cheap toothpaste is 81p so buy 3 for £2.43 and get 250pts so they are paying you to take it away!

Hi FannyAdams,

my hairdresser used the spray on Maccadamia Oil on my hair last week.
I'd never come across it before. I thought it smelt wonderful and left my hair really soft and shiny. I searched online but the cheapest I could see was about £18. Then before I knew it I had a whole set of products for about £70 odd pounds in my basket. I saw sense just in time, as I had just signed up for this challenge after an absence of a year or more with Stash growing bigger by the day......but, I can't wait to try this oil again. Got to get through all the Argan and other 'miracle' hair oils and masks first:o

I agree with Fiasco - Rosemary, you need a holiday at least every 3 months....

No UU or Ins to report - Jan is a very slow month for me !!!

hello all, tough week! This placement lark is rather tough, lol.

Anyway, as have been using all my hotel toiletries I have quite a few UU which has been one of the high points of my week haha! There is something so satisfying about a UU. Some of the body lotions have been lovely, shame I can't buy again.

The holiday Inn shampoo, which is of dubious vintage, made my hair feel lovely. Or that could have been the sample sachet of head and shoulders conditioner.

I have FINALLY finished that S&G shower gel, it has been a LHJ especially at the end. I have another one in that big splendour bag I got for Xmas but it's way back in the queue. I'm on the hotel shower gels as well now!

It's almost the weekend!! To celebrate that, I am off to the shower.... hahaha.

I decided to do this for the year but i've already caved in and bought 3 Matrix conditioners on offer

I'm the same that's why I'm doing this challenge to get rid of all my rubbish toiletries and save enough money to buy myself some nice quality items

totally agree. i realised that I need to stop buying several cheap things that I end up not using and save and buy at least 1 nice thing that I know I'll definitely use.

On another note, I have a few splutterers right now...YEAH!
