  • Can I join this challenge please?

I have loads of makeup and toiletries to use up this year. I'm hoping I don't have to buy anything (apart from mouthwash) until the end of the year.

I'm going to post up things when I've finished with them as the list of items I have would take ages to type out on here

i gave some stuff to the charity shop last week. i saw this thread, and thought that i need to get rid of some stuff, it was mainly shower gel, i hadnt used it at all, it's just i bought some as i ran out, then xmas came, and i got 2 bottles of doves, plus the two doves, i had bought plus lots of mini bodyshop ones, plus the bodyshop one i got for my sis in law, came twice, so she got one, and i got the other, so i was bogged down with shower gel!. now i have shampoo to get rid of, its not posh, but alberto balsalm i got from asda, and also some shampoo i got for 50p a bottle from a discount shop near me. i have been using up my little free samples, though i havent been on the freebie site for ages. for xmas i got gift sets too, some revlon stray, and body lotion and a perfume, and more body lotion, so after

    1/. shower gel
    2/ shampoo
    3/ body lotion

it's all taking over, im been invaded by body lotion!.

Again its not posh stuff, i was never into having a shower, and appyling bodylotion, i did it once with bodybutter, but it was greasy and didnt dry on me!, i had to rub it off!. i also find, i have a shower, why would i want to `mucky` myself again by applying body lotion?.

We also have some mens shower gel we got two years ago when it was 6 bottles? for £2, and we still have that left, 2 bottles left because again for xmas, shower gel is bought for people, there is those 2, a homer simpson one, and 6 others!.

even the hand wash we bought on offer never seems to be going down, and yes we do wash our hands!. I know charity shops do take these stuff, well mine did, maybe they just threw them in the bin or took them home for themselves or something :-p

Anyway. I havent bought any toileteries for two weeks when i bought 3 packets of baby wipes on offer from asda, i have no baby they are for my face. now i just have to stop myself buying dvds i never get around to watching :D

I know, I was putting up some new stuff and listing was free so thought it was worth a try. I thought it would get taken down but ended up with 50+ watchers and tonnes of bids so I'm not complaining :o

    That's great :)
I have a few higher end nail polishes and toiletries that I've only used once, so might list them and just explain in the description that they've been used once.

Having looked through my stash, aside from dental stuff I have issues when it comes to buying LIPGLOSS.
I have 12 opened and used to various degrees.
And at least another 12 unopened, unused...
The funny thing is, it's something that I barely ever use so what ever possessed me to buy so many? :o Plus they're bound to go funny before I use them, as lipgloss tends to.

If I wasn't taking care of my skin I probably wouldn't be in this thread drowning in products :p It's for more mature skins so going to my mum next time I see her.
