  • I'm using the papaya body butter at the moment and have to say I love it, it's so fresh and a lovely fragrence.

I've used this too and love it. Would buy it again if I didn't have so many already! :rotfl:

Oh dear, I can see myself heading to TBS to sniff the papaya gear for myself, and we all know what will happen then!

Accidentally (hmmm) bought Palmolive mineral spa shower gel @ Superdrug today it was £1, it smells gorge, the red mist got me!

Think I have found my HG body lotion. Well, souffle. It's the Sanctuary one. My mum donated it to me and I opened it last week. It's beautiful, smells fab and has a weird but lovely texture, almost bubbly. Will now have to concentrate on using up my inferior body butters so that I can buy this all the time!

Hello Ladies, was thinking of joining you again, have not done the challenge since October, I scanned through today's posts and saw that EssexHebridian is on her soap box again, no one else allowed to have an opinion, then I remembered why I stopped posting in the first place. Get down from there EH before you have a nasty fall.

Hmmm, that was a tad uncalled for, especially coming from someone who I seem to recall has been happy to air some fairly strong and controversial views of her own in the past...

Good luck with getting out of the right side of bed tomorrow.....

I have also ordered a foundation brush from Avon after reading reviews it seems to come highly recommended, unless anyone here knows different?! But that was it no toiletry ins!!!

I have to admit to not getting on with foundation brushes at all, but In know the Avon one is a good seller and I've certainly never had one returned (and my lot aren't shy to return stuff!) so I guess it must be OK. I tried using one a few times, but reverted to clean fingers in the end.....

I've smelt this before and it smelt a bit odd to me, I must admit, so perhaps it's different people's perceptions of smells? Pickle and I smell sickyness where the rest of you smell fresh loveliness! :rotfl:

That Sanctuary Souffle is gorgeous stuff - I've not had any in a while and you've got me hankering after it now! Do try to resist going near TBS though - it'll serve you right if you join me and Pickle in the "it smalls of sick" club! :D

Hope everyone's OK! No UU yet to report but have had a highly fragranced, very bubbly bath, scrubbed me-self silly and am now wearing a liberal layer of body butter, so it's all to the stash-busting good! OH has taken himself off because apparently I smell like a fruit salad! :rotfl:

Another couple of UU for me! yay!

Asprey purple water shower gel 50ml WIBA? This was a hotel freebie, and yes liked it, so would pilfer again. ;)

Dove go fresh nectarine and white ginger shower gel 55ml- WIBA? Yes, if Dove still make it, this was a mini used up by OH at the gym.

Yes, alright xoxo, I know we hadn't managed to cure your addiction to buying toiletries, but I thought we'd made headway on the eating toiletries :p.

I have to agree that the Sanctuary souffle is gorgeous. DH opened a pump action TBS this time (or was that me, I forget? :o) but I can't wait to open up my last tub of this. It lasts very well too :) as does the scent.

  • On the subject of body souffles - those of you that like the Sanctuary one, don't bother trying Avon's Planet Spa equivalent - it's nothing like as nice. I do fancy trying the Body Whips though, from the Naturals range...they're supposed to be a very light texture as well.

xoxo - oh dear, not again! :rotfl:

  • I think it was Maddiemay who gave the advice of using hand cream early in life. Well, on that advice I went hed first into my wheelie bin - honest!!! I had thrown away an almost full HIAJ, as I didn't like it as a face cream. But, I'm sure I could make it work as an SPF hand cream!!!

WE will see - will report back!

Kiplingmonkey - was today the day you went to QVC???? Saw some pice on FB, looked like it was at the same place it was at last yr. Hope you had a fab time - you must come on and list al the goodies that were in your bag!!!
