Get well soon rosemary54.
I'm back to bed in a mo as I'm hanging and blood session doesn't open until 1.30. Don't know if they'll let me due to all the infectious diseases I've been in contact with recently though. It's their call, I'd hate to pass something on unwittingly.Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -

I'm so happy I joined this challenge. So far I have managed not to buy any toiletries this month :-) Even in the sales :-)
I'm too lazy to make a list of everything I have, but at least the amount of stuff will be steadily reducing.
It has also made me realise that there are a few other things I stock pile, like tea and craft materials, but that is a different story. Anyway, it is nice feeling of accomplishment, even if it is a small challenge compared to some on the others on the forum.0 -
A free IN to declare - an Avon Glimmerstick Eyeliner in Black....I don't actually have a black eyeliner, goodness knows how, so this will go straight into use. It was got by way of combining customer orders to gain extras of a free gift that's on offer at the moment. Us Reps get to do bonus stuff like that!
On the plus side, there are 3 nail varnishes, 3 eyeshadow duos and 2 brown eyeliners that have gone straight into the customer free gift box....! Time was, more stuff would have found its way into my drawer...!

Adelight - I have that Bobbi Brown tortoiseshell eyeshadow compact (I too have blue eyes) and it's great! You don't really need any other colours when you have this, although of course I have loads of other eyeshadows (would be too boring otherwise!!).Pay debt in 2012 #278 £2347/£5364

Hi everyone
Hope you feel better soon rosemary -your L'occitane lavender goodies sound good though
Well done scrappie on resisting the QVC shows. I haven't bought anything from them since the end of August when it was a Decleor TSV even when they had all the lovely Christmas beauty sets I still didn't buy:T
Still a No Spend Month (NSM) (does that abbreviation exist?) for me -just one week to go until February!:j0 -
this is a long shot
When I was reading through this thread ( I think it was this thread) all the way back to 2010, i wrote down about a book that someone had recommended and then threw the bit of paper away (aaargh)
I can't remember who the book was by all I can remember was that I think the title began with "Lady"
Told you it was a long shot!!

Hi everyone

thanks, managed to get through the night, could not believe how much I ached esp shoulders and neck,of course was convinced I had menegitis!Have stopped being sick but feel very weak,no fun being ill when home alone for a week,of course am still worried the doc did not find out what was wrong after the tests came back neg.my sister thinks my imune system could be weakened at the mo so should avoid seafood and anything else remotely suspect:(just hope I am well for trip to Tenerife in march.
openned the occitanne box and found there was a lavender bag which I put under my pillow, also only 1 small bar of soap:rotfl:plus a large bath foam and some hand wash so all stuff I can use quickly:)the sa put in a couple of samples of precious cream so put some on to help my skin look better today, lovely smell.
watched superscrimpers and could not believe how awful those cushions looked:eek:,also they copied us with the cut off the top of tubes thing:rotfl:0
