Was just about to say, make sure he gets a Princess Suite to do the washing....what can be better than going in the jacuzzi whilst hearing your washing whirring away in the background. :rotfl: A wee goody bag with some washing tablets would go down a treat.

Being serious, I'm sure he will find his own entertainment, but a few suggestions (if I'm allowed)....Voodoo Lounge at Rio (before 10pm and preferably not at the weekend for free entry). Sorry I know that's off strip but it is honestly a good experience.

Did you do go to Stir much Stoneman? Really liked the bruschetta last night. Won't be hungry enough for it tonight though.
Voodoo Lounge sounds good. As well as Ghost bar. Tip for you Lesley, ask for a 4pm checkout on your leaving day if you are going with BA. they are supposed to charge half the daily rate but never have done with us. We didn't do Stir much, only on our last day while waiting for 6:30pm to roll around to go to the airport, but you can't beat $4 for a glass of red wine.
And I have made sure he has a Princess just so his GF can do the washing, she was honestly quite thrilled at the prospect:rotfl:
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

what sort of price range were you thinking and what sort of food does she like (or what does she NOT like)?

can't really help on the pool parties but I gather that they start coming to an end late September/early October so you may be a bit too late...worth checking for those you are specifically interested in though.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

Goodness. She could join the 'click' or is it a 'clique'? :rotfl:

We're leaving early in the day anyway, flight is from LA, so we're driving over there on the Friday morning. We have Friday night in Long Beach so we'll probably try to get out of here early and go enjoy the late afternoon and evening at Long Beach.

I clicked through and it was going to allow me to buy and the next click would have bought one so I didn't go that far.

How weird. Might have been an internet glitch. I've just tried again & it seems fine but after not being able to buy I told my OH and he said he didn't fancy it in december as it might be really chilly for us old uns. Must have been fate earlier. LOL
