just booked to goto vegas june 4th. i know it's ages away but i don't care, i can't wait already?

anyone know of any american holidays, school breaks, conventions, sporting events we might encounter? i'm hoping for it to be quiet! march madness was just too busy for me. went in april once and it was fine. though we got lucky with the weather. april might be too early for some.

first time i'm not goin with the lady, 3 of us maybe more, 1 has been in vegas for one night (and didn't even leave his room he was so exhausted) and the other never been. can't wait to show em round!

Keep an eye on this site not sure when they update it but it will let you know if there are any big conventions at the time you go.

We go tomorrow!!!! Whooooooo!! Not happy to hear about rain though, I dont go to the desert for it to rain!!

Does anyone know which plane and seat configuration it usually is for Virgin from Manchester please? Have had nightmare doing online checkin resulting in a number of fraught phonecalls. Now neeeeeed to know if we are in the bubble or not, am getting increasingly miffed with the website only sometimes working properly!

Vegas aint like Europe , you don't sweat , you get so hot it just evaporates , you will not be sticky or have wet clothes.

As a lot of people will say , yeah its 110 but its a dry heat.

    Dont go outside!

Seriously it is HOT HOT HOT...but as it is a desert heat the humidity is very low so it isnt a sticky heat like we get in the UK so you wont sweat as much
