I drove around it from Yosemite to St George on my last trip Day 7.
We stopped at the Little A'LeInn. :cool: and drove down the "ET" highway.
I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this place as it's milking the "Area 51" "mysteries" and you can not see anything even close up at the fence.
It's a testing area for new missiles and aircraft. IIRC the "Blackbird" was developed there.As much as the United States government has denied the existence of this base, we know it is there but no one knows what it is they do there.
$199 seems a lot for a long day in the desert.0
