  • Hello! Back in a freezing cold flat, sore and bruised, but had a great week snowboarding!

    I have a new total, after a few payments went out while I was away. I've got a horrible feeling I'm going to run short this month and may have to backtrack slightly, but for the time being...

    #57 £3,551.92/£16,136.77 (22.01%)

    And this one is my birth year! :D :beer:

    ....and the year Kerfuffles' daughter was born :D

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Thanks for that natterjack, in typical daughter fashion she never goes missed, now she's got a double mention. (Triple even) :rotfl:
  • welcome back Pedro.... at least when you take Jemma for a drink, she won't mind it being somewhere cheap :D

    I've just been working out my figures, we booked everything up for my Hong Kong trip today (very excited!!! 1 night in HK, 4 nights in Bangkok, 2 nights in HK!) so I was working out what I can pay off when my cheques clear... 3 debts will be gone! I could pay a chunk off a fourth debt but I need to keep some money for my Feb payday as it's going to be shockingly poor.

    Glad little one is ok now idris, that must have been awful :(

    Hi Mumtothree3, we're pleased to have you :) I wish I had a mortgage instead of renting :( But I don't think you need to include it in this total unless it's going to be paid this year as has already been stated.

    Yay Pedro's back :) Cheap date ideas.... cook Jemma dinner it's what my OH did. Then he asked if I wanted to stay in the spare room....the rest is history haha. Or you could go for a lovely romantic walk :) Don't go to the cinema, it's the worst date idea ever.

    psychopath was your HK trip really expensive? OH wants to go back there (I've never been)

    No more busting for me this evening but also a NSD :D now to stop watching come dine and start getting ready to go back to london town.
    Hugs to those that need it, smiles to everyone x

    We didn't have to pay for MrS' flight as he is going for work, but it's cost £1500 with my flight, plus return flights from HK to Bangkok and our hotels. Our hotel in HK isn't the cheapest but MrS has stayed there before so knows it's quite a good hotel, our hotel in Bangkok was £19 a night! I think HK is pretty expensive, hence our trip to Thailand as it's cheaper to do that than stay in HK the whole time. :)

    That's sooo much cheaper than my £2.6k dream holiday to Iceland. Sounds exciting, I hope you have a fab time when you go
